|} Leskovac (Лесковац) is a city located in Serbia at 43.00° North, 21.95° East. It is the administrative center of the Jablanica District of Serbia. Leskovac was also known as "Little Munchester", because, in XIX century here were located the greatest textil industry in Europe, of course after Munchester. In 2003 the city had total population of above 90,000 with an absolute Serbian majority, also Greek, Macedonian, Bulgarian and Gypsy population. On 12 April 1999, during the Kosovo War, a bridge near Leskovac (Grdelička klisura) was destroyed by a NATO aircraft as a passenger train was crossing. This act has been highly condemned as the bridge was struck twice (the train having been bombed from the first attack). Many non-governmental organizations from around the world have seen this atrocity as a war crime. Leskovac was at first known as Dubočica, later its size increased and it became the second largest city in Serbia with 20,000 citizens (Belgrade 22,000). Today Leskovac is blighted by economical problems. External links
