Lexam Explorations is a North America oil and gas exploration Company. The Company's most signficant property is the Baca project located in a frontier basin in southern Colorado. Lexam is proposing to drill two exploratory wells on the property to test the natural gas targets that have been identified.

Lexam owns 75% of the oil and natural gas rights on the Baca project, with the remaining 25% being owned by ConocoPhillips. Lexam is subsidary of McEwen Capital, a private company that provides funding for companies in the natural resource, medical and technology sectors.

Baca Project

Lexam's discovery of a new Cretaceous sub-basin, containing rocks that are prolific producers of oil and gas in the Rocky Mountain region, comes at a time when the area is rapidly becoming the focus of natural gas exploration in the . Lexam's highest priority exploration target, the 19,900 acre Crestone Prospect, is a large, anticlinal structure that has been mapped with seismic and gravity data. In addition, potential exists for the discovery of a basin-centered accumulation of gas in the deep portions of the basin located adjacent to the Crestone Prospect.

Management

Robert R. McEwen (BA, MBA) Chief Executive Officer

Rob has been associated with the resource industry for 29 years. His career began in the investment industry, then in 1990 he stepped into the mining sector. Rob is the founder of Goldcorp Inc., where he took the company from a market capitalization of $50 million to over $10 billion and he is Lexam's largest shareholder, owning over 50% of the outstanding shares.

Gilles Filion (PEng., BSc., MSc.) Vice President, Exploration

As former Vice President of Exploration for Goldcorp Inc., Gilles was instrumental in the success of the world's richest gold mine, the Red Lake Mine. Gilles has over 25 years experience in the resource sector and has evaluated numerous exploration projects and mines globally.

Ian J. Ball (B.Comm, DipBA) Vice President, Corporate Development

Ian joined Lexam Explorations in 2005. Prior to joining the company he played a leading role in the $6 billion takeover of Wheaton River Minerals by Goldcorp Inc. During his tenure at the company he was also head of Investor Relations, where Goldcorp was named the top Investor Relations department in Canada among gold mining companies.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours), graduating first in class and a Diploma in Business Administration (Honours).

Stefan M. Spears (B.Sc.) Vice President, Strategic Development

Stefan became an officer of Lexam Explorations in 2005. In his previous position at Goldcorp, Stefan was instrumental in a number of highly innovative projects, including the realization of a state-of-the-art Virtual Reality Laboratory at the Red Lake Mine. Stefan has an Engineering degree from Queen’s University.

Perry Y. Ing (CA, CPA, CFA, B.Comm) Chief Financial Officer

Perry has served as the Corporate Controller for Lexam since 2003. Perry also served as the Corporate Controller of Goldcorp from 2003 to 2005 .

Previously, he spent six years at the mining practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1997 to 2003.
