J. Ligon Duncan, III is the senior minister of First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Mississippi, a prominent congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). He is also the Chairman of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood and a member of the Council of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals. In 2004, he served as Moderator of the General Assembly of the PCA, the youngest moderator ever elected.
