Montgomery is an Eastern Orthodox Christian, and first came into the public eye in 1991 as an intern at Los Angeles radio station KROQ, where she was known on the air as "The Virgin Kennedy."
Montgomery was raised in Lake Oswego, Oregon, a city just outside of Portland. Her political beliefs are largely Republican, although she has admitted to being a libertarian with a small "l" and supports issues such as same-sex marriage.
While a VJ in the mid-1990s, Montgomery was romantically involved with former Saved by the Bell star Dustin Diamond. She is married to former professional snowboarder Dave Lee and has a daughter named Pele.
Starting June 3, 2002, Montgomery hosted Game Show Network's original program Friend or Foe?. It went into reruns after a few seasons and then was pulled off. Nude photos of the former VJ have circulated online. [link]
