G.R.O.W.U.P.

Operation G.R.O.W.U.P.: Getting Really Old Will Upset Plans is the first half-hour episode and thirteenth broadcast episode. The Kids Next Door's archfoes, the Delightful Children from Down the Lane, defeat them and turn Numbuh One into an adult.

Part 1 Synopsis

A Battle before going home

On the sidewalk, Numbuhs Two through Five, after a candy run, were attacked by the Delightful Children in a flying vehicle with a projecting boot that kicks the Kids Next Door. Numbuh One arrives just in time to wreck the machine and tells the Delightful Children that, "if you ever want your butts kicked, you know where to go" -- to the Kids Next Door!

The Really, Really Incredibly Destructive Machine

Returning to , the Delightful Children are confronted by , a shadowy figure with a pipe who can project fire (and may be some type of demon). Father has lost faith that the Delightful Children can destroy the Kids Next Door, but they persuade him to give them one more chance with the deadliest vehicle they have, a . An ongoing thunderstorm foreshadows the Delightful Children's attack on the Kids Next Door at their treehouse that destroys it and overwhelms each Kid in turn. But the Delightful Children reserve the worst fate for Numbuh One -- they use (from Op. CABLE-TV) to turn him into an adult!

Part 2 Synopsis

Fighting Back

In the wreckage of the treehouse, Numbuh One (real name: Nigel Uno) is despondent, for he can't lead the Kids Next Door if he's not a kid. Two weeks later, Numbuhs Two through Five meet Nigel again when he's driving an ice cream truck and only serves adults. Frustrated with Nigel's negativity, Numbuh Five and the others plan an assault on the Delightful Children's mansion to get that ray to change Nigel back to a kid. In the study, the two groups fight over the ray, aging and un-aging each other just before Nigel bursts through the window driving the ice cream truck. Nigel tells the Delightful Children to give him the ray; they have to because he's an adult, and the Children have to obey adults.

Final Showdown

Then Father bursts in and fights Nigel for the ray. Nigel's backed against the now-spilt contents of the ice cream truck; he and the other Kids use the ice cream as missiles to counter Father's fire and weaken him. Nigel uses the ray on himself and then smashes it, leaving the Delightful Children to care for the now-weakened Father.

The Treehouse is rebuilt (Closing Credits)

Back at their ruined treehouse the next bright day, Numbuh One thanks his friends for believing in him and they start building their new treehouse -- the closing credits use scenes of the rebuilding as background.

Father: At first those Kids Next Door were a minor nuisance. That is why I entrusted you with their destruction. But because of your failures, they constantly interfere with my schemes to have adults... rule the world! That angers me. I will no longer tolerate failure. Destroy the Kids Next Door... (flames up)... OR ELSE!!! (pause)
Father: Well...(flames up again)...WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!
Delightful Children From Down The Lane: Can we borrow the Really Really Incredibly Destructive Machine? Pretty please???
Father: Ohhhhh...well, okay, but I don't want so much as a scratch on it when you're done! Got that?

Part 1 Synopsis

Speedboat Chasers

The episode begins while Numbuh 1 is fishing with . They discover they finally caught a fish, only it's and the Decommissioning team, who tell Numbuh 1 he is scheduled for a mandatory decommissioning.

After the opening credits, Numbuh 1 is outraged at this and claims he isn't near age 13, but the Numbuh 86 and the decommissioning team don't listen to him and chase him, but Numbuh 1 manages to outspeed them.

The Treehouse is taken away

When Numbuh 1 returns to , he wonders why the KND would want to have him decommissioned, only then, he discovers Numbuh 86 and the decommissioning team took away , as well as the rest of his team! Numbuh 1 escapes again.

The rest of the team-- captured!

With the decommissioning team in hot pursuit, Numbuh 1 runs into and 274 tells him he's been set up. Numbuh 1 wants to search for his team, but he notices Numbuh 86 has already captured them and is taking them to the ! Numbuh 274 suggests that they get up to the Moonbase to rescue the team before their decommissioning procedure starts, but Numbuh 1 refuses and tells 274 it would put him at risk, but there is one favor 274 can do-- find out what's going on and clear his name.

Numbuh T

Numbuh 1 visits the Numbuh 2's house and asks Tommy for help, only Tommy wants to join the KND and wants to go under the name of "Numbuh T". Numbuh 1 reluctantly agrees and Tommy and Numbuh 1 blast off into space. At the Moonbase, the rest of the team try to tell the decommissioning team they are not 13, but they don't listen to them and strap them to the decommissioning chairs.

Cruising through space

As Tommy and Numbuh 1 cruise through space, Tommy takes a look at one of the envelopes and asks Numbuh 1 if they can go to a birthday party after the mission, which confuses Numbuh 1. They finally make it to the Moonbase and Numbuh 1 tells Tommy to slow down for docking, but Tommy tells him he didn't design a braking system due to his design flaws. As Numbuh 86 starts the decommissioning procedure on the Sector V team, Numbuh 1 and Tommy crash through the windows, destroying their rocket and the Memory-erasing Machine. As Numbuh 1 frees his team from the chairs, Numbuh 5 asks Numbuh 1 who he is.

Part 2 Synopsis

Decommissioned

Numbuh 1 discovers he is too late and tries to get his team to realize who he is, but they don't even remember. As Numbuh 86 starts to attack again, the Sector V team knocks out the platforms connecting to the platform they are standing on and start to fall.

Chad snaps

While Numbuh 274 messes around with the KND files, the Sector V team lands in his office. It would seem the decommissioning team had them cornered, but Numbuh 1 pulls out an envelope from his mailbox. Numbuh 86 grabs it from him and takes a look at it-- it's an invitation to Numbuh 274's 13th birthday party! Numbuh 1 announces that Numbuh 274 knew he'd be decommissioned if anyone found out about his 13th birthday. He hacked into the mainframe to falsify his age, but forgot planned to throw a party and they mailed the invitations to everybody. The only way make sure nobody found out the truth was to decommission everyone on the mailing list. It was a simple matter of using the computer to raise every last operative's age and have the decommissioning team do his dirty work! It looks like Numbuh 86 owes the Sector V Team a big apology after accomplishing the mission. Just before the decommissioning team can take Numbuh 274 to be decommissioned, 274 goes crazy, takes Tommy hostage, and sets the Moonbase on a direct collision course with the sun!

The Moonbase is saved!

While on the observation deck, the KND wonder what to do next. Numbuh 3 wishes they could fish the Moon back. Numbuh 5 considered that to be a great idea and they have Numbuh 4 mounted on a catapult and targeted for Numbuh 274's escape pod. Numbuh 4 reaches Numbuh 274's ship, takes out Numbuh 274, unties Tommy and they tow the Moonbase back to the Moon.

Chad escapes

The Sector V team is recommissioned and Tommy gains admittance to the KND, only he must go to the for training. In Numbuh 274's cell, Cree crash-lands into the cell and can finally do what Numbuh 274 already did. Numbuh 274 tells Cree he tried her plan, but it failed. Cree says it's time for Plan B and Numbuh 274 escapes with her.

During the credits, the Sector V Team is getting their memories restored, Tommy is cleaning up the mess he and Numbuh 1 made and the Sector V Treehouse is back in its rightful place.

Part 1 Synopsis

Boarding School?!

Numbuh 4 tells the team he's on his way to Boarding School. The team looks worried, but Numbuh 4 tells them he'll bust out like he always does. Two women grab Numbuh 4 and toss him into the bus.

Ms. Margaret

The minute the bus reaches , the Headmistress, escorts Numbuh 4 to his homeroom and the room-- it's full of girls!! And Numbuh 4 knows why-- Ms. Margaret tells him St. Rita's Preparatory is an all-girls boarding school and pulls out a ray gun, namely the to turn Numbuh 4 into a girl, only it strikes his hand! Numbuh 4 manages to escape and enlists the help from his teammates to shut down the school, but he prefers taking on Ms. Margaret alone.

Attack of the Girls

In Margaret's office, Margaret contacts her future self and leaves a message, telling her that Numbuh 4 escaped. Numbuh 4 enters and kicks her in the face, causing the to fall apart, only then, he notices a was controlling the robot. After their conflict and after Numbuh 4 KO's the robot Margaret, the answers the kid Margaret's call and sends in the Girl Squad to attack Numbuh 4. Numbuh 4 escapes again, but the school starts to chase him, and if that wasn't bad enough, he discovers Numbuhs 1, 2 and 5 were all zapped by Madam Margaret and turned into girls, Numbuh 3, however, was unaffected by Margaret's rays. The school starts closing in on Numbuh 4 and the screen goes black....

Part 2 Synopsis

75 years later

In the future, Margaret has won; nearly all the boys have been turned to girls, and she has her own fortress now. However, Numbuh 4's future self has formed a group called the , an all-boys organization dedicated to fighting girls. , Numbuh Three's granddaughter decides to defect to the BND, bringing a Girlifier Rifle with her. The BND then plans to reverse engineer the weapon into a raygun that can turn girls into boys, and plan an attack against Madam Margaret.

Boys Vs. Girls

Unfortunately, Madam Margaret tracks Sally and finds the BND hideout. The BND only has one converted rifle, but tries to fight back anyway. While Sally leads the BND against Madam Margaret's army and while Margaret activates her and girlifies the entire BND, Future Numbuh Four uses Margaret's time machine from Part 1 to teleport to the past right before the KND were turned into girls to warn them about Margaret's plan.

Victory over Madam Margaret

They go to Margaret's castle to rescue Numbuh 4 and Numbuh 3 saves the day with H.I.P.P.I.E.-H.O.P., destroying Margaret's communicator. After Numbuh 3 says one of Numbuh 2's lines, Numbuh 1 tells Numbuh 3 that she should tell Margaret Numbuh 5 found a real school to send her too-- for life, as that means Margaret's going to be hauled off to the . The Girl Squad disappears, Numbuh 4's hand turns back to normal and the castle is destroyed. Numbuh 4 doesn't have a clue who Future Numbuh 4 was and Future Numbuh 4 disappears back into the future after telling Numbuh 4 he regretted never asking out someone. The KND head for home with Numbuh 3 cruising in H.I.P.P.I.E.-H.O.P., who gets smashed under one of the castle's towers and KND Global Command arrives and they take Margaret away. 75 years later, the boys and girls are playing together again.

During the credits, you see Ms. Margaret throwing her tantrum in front of the class.

Numbuh 4 had his hand gloved,like the one that Luke Skywalker has since Return Of The Jedi

It may be a spoof on where Future Numbuh 4 is Luke, the BND are the Rebel Alliance, and Madam Margaret is Darth Vader.

Numbuh 1's girlified version seems to resemble Lucy from the comic/cartoon series Peanuts.

Part 1 Synopsis

Tommy Is Inducted

At the , a graduation ceremony is taking place in the auditorium, with acting as moderator. The ceremony is for to welcome the Cadets Next Door, including Tommy, Sonya and Lee, into the Kids Next Door. Tommy is disappointed because his brother, Numbuh 2, isn't there to watch him. Numbuh 362 then says that they can't technically induct the Cadets into the superincredibly big computer-mabob and into the Kids Next Door because the Code Module was stolen (by Cree in SLUMBER). Just then Numbuhs 1 - 5 show up, battle-scarred, but with the Code Module in hand. The Code Module is quickly re-connected with the computer and they select Tommy to graduate first. To enter into the KND, he has to enter his genetic code into the Code Module. To enter a genetic code, one has to register their DNA with something unusual: boogers! Tommy places his booger into the Code Module and selects the codename Numbuh T. Everyone objects to T being a number, but after Tommy insists on using T, they decide to let him in anyway. He is assigned to Kids Next Door Sector V (the same sector as in Numbuhs 1 - 5). Tommy then starts making a speech about he had waited all his life for this day.

A Sinister Plot

Unbeknownst to them, however, the KND are being watched by and the Delightful Children from Down the Lane from their . Father says that Tommy had joined the KND just in time for its utter destruction. Father then proceeds to activate a , but then the power is cut off. Father goes to figure out what is going on and discovers that his own dog, whose name is Ben, started tearing out the wires. Father notices the dog and the dog runs off, but Father cuts him off with one of his weird abilities and then grabs his body to stop him from running off again and pulls him back -- it's a KND operative in disguise. Now really ticked off, Father starts advancing on him, warning him very sternly that he had just made a very big mistake.

Assault On the Mansion

Back at the Moonbase, the graduation ceremony is over and Tommy is going on and on about how he and the KND will be doing cool stuff together. Then suddenly, Numbuh 88's voice comes over the loudspeaker and explains that Father's device is operational. Numbuh 88 then says that "Father's got the..." but is then cut off and replaced by the sound of a rooster crowing. As if that wasn't bad enough, they then lose the signal. Numbuh 362 then calls the KND to scramble. The KND all rush off to various ships and vehicles and take off for Earth. They reach the DCFDTL's mansion and surround it. Then they launch a barrage of weapon fire against the mansion (first, lasers, then, missiles), but the mansion manages to fight off the KND's weapons (by putting up , protecting it from the lasers and by destroying the KND's missiles with some missiles of its own). Then the KND land on the ground and led by , storm the mansion. Then some come out of all the doors in the mansion and go after the KND, who try to fight them off.

Birthday Suits

Back on Numbuh 362's ship, with Numbuhs 1-5 and Tommy on board, as well, they think that Father has turned his whole mansion into one big weapons system and Numbuh 1 says that it's probably a device that turns kids into adults. Numbuh 362 promptly assigns Numbuhs 1 - 5 to take out the device and they suit up in "birthday suits" to protect themselves against the aging ray. Birthday suits are special suits of armor that make one immune to the ray. But Tommy thinks Numbuh 362 meant the other birthday suit and is completely naked. Luckily, he has his pants in front of him to prevent showing his anatomy. But he doesn't have his own birthday suit yet. Numbuh 362 leaves to attend to the troops. Tommy puts his clothes back on and feels unwanted.

A Shocking Discovery

Numbuhs 1 - 5 have penetrated the mansion and are making their way through. But they're being watched by Father via his security cameras. He instructs the Delightfuls to supervise the battle while he gives the KND his full attention. Unbeknownst to him, however, Tommy is also making his way through the mansion and he gets out of camera range just as Father looks back at the cameras, so he fails to notice Tommy. The KND meanwhile enter the same room as Father, who promptly uses his fire to melt their weapons. Then the doors lock, trapping the KND in and Tommy out. Tommy can only watch through a keyhole in the door. Father reactivates his machine and the KND put on their birthday suits to protect against any and all aging rays. But Father was too smart to turn them into adults. The ray appears and starts out as a small circle but gets bigger and bigger. The KND are engulfed in the ray and it reveals that the ray turns people into animals! The KND get hit by the ever-increasing ray and are turned into different animals. Tommy is traumatized by all this.

Part 2 Synopsis

Retreat

The KND operatives outside the mansion are still firing their weapons at the advancing suits of armor, but they just keep right on coming. Meanwhile, Tommy continues to watch the whole incident inside the room through the keyhole. He discovers the ray increasing in size. It even manages to go through the wall! Tommy retreats back through the mansion, passing the Delightfuls as he goes. The Delightfuls are engulfed by the ray, but it has no effect on them. Tommy learns that the ray affects only KND operatives. Tommy questions how the ray knows, but they just say, "Who cares?" The ray is still getting bigger until it covers the entire mansion. Now some of the KND operatives closer to the mansion are becoming affected and they all have no choice but to retreat and still the spherical ray is increasing in size and the operatives are still getting affected and now are turning into various animals. Numbuh 362's feet are caught in the ray and she too starts to change into a half-human, half-monkey creature.

Back On the Moonbase

The remaining KND members make it back to the Moonbase and STILL the ray is increasing in size. Pretty soon, the entire Earth is encompassed by the ray, which is STILL enlarging. It won't be long before it reaches the moon. The KND operatives quickly reconfigure their birthday suits to prevent being affected by the ray. As the ray continues to increase, the KND operatives (minus Tommy, who still doesn't have a birthday suit of his own) leave for Earth in their ships, entering the radius of the ray. Unfortunately, the suits only delayed the ray's effects on them. Now Tommy is the one sole member of the KND left.

Explanation

Back on Earth, in the Delightfuls' mansion, the Delightfuls congratulate Father for his success. Father just orders them to go clean out the animal pens. The Delightfuls reluctantly leave while Father complains about children complaining about getting pets but not cleaning up after them. He notices they forgot the pail and the pooper-scooper and orders them back in to retrieve them and they come back... as sheep! Tommy then shows up and Father tells him what's up: the ray is able to distinguish between KND members and other people because of the Code Module. Father had deliberately allowed the KND to retrieve it after he changed it to uplink with his computer and the KND supercomputer. Since the Code Module connects to the KND supercomputer, and the supercomputer contains information about every KND operative, the ray is able to tell who is a KND operative. Tommy had quit the KND and made the Delightfuls members, which is why they were affected and he wasn't. Tommy then tells Father that the only way to reverse the ray's effects and change his children back to normal is if he turns the machine off. But in his fits of evil, Father refuses, because the Delightfuls are annoying to him and he likes them better as sheep.

The Final Battle

Father then surrounds himself with fire and Tommy retreats and Father follows in hot (literally) pursuit. All the transformed KND then attack Father, but he manages to fight them off with his fire. But they do manage to stall Father while Tommy reaches a dungeon deep down inside the mansion and frees the caged transformed KND operatives. Father, now really furious, barges in and pins Tommy against a wall in one of the cells of the dungeon. But before he can send Tommy to meet his maker, Tommy jabs his finger up Father's nose and pulls out a booger and then places it in the Code Module (which Tommy had with him). Suddenly, Father turns into a panther. Tommy then escapes and slams the cell door behind him shut, locking Father in. Tommy then destroys the machine activating the ray, which causes the ray to die. The ray's effects die with it and the KND operatives are finally back to normal.

The Tommy

Back at the KND Moonbase, Numbuh 1 asks Numbuh 362 if there's any way to reinstate Tommy, but Numbuh 362 says they can't. Numbuh 4 then threatens to quit the KND, but nobody listens to him. The reason why they can't recommission Tommy is that when someone removes their DNA from the Code Module, he or she is forever excluded from the KND; it's a failsafe to prevent decommissioned operatives from hacking into their systems. Tommy says it's okay about not being in the KND and prefers working alone as "The Tommy". He then leaves for Earth in a spaceship made around himself. Numbuh 5 watches him go and comments to Numbuh 2 that Tommy definitely is his brother and they all burst out laughing. Numbuh 2 questions suspiciously what that means.

Delightfuls: What are you-- (The field engulfs them)
Tommy: Tommy, you are some kind of--what?! (sees the Delightfuls still human)
Delightfuls: Oh? You didn't know? The ray only effects Kids Next Door Operatives... (begins walking towards him with the ray still surrounding them)
Tommy: But-but how could it know the difference?!
Delightfuls: Who cares? Father has thought of everything. Now then... let's talk turkey... (evilly) TURKEY!

Numbuh 2: (about Tommy) What?! It's not my fault he's my brother.

(Tommy just crashed into the Delightfuls) Tommy: Well, well, well, if it isn't The Delightful Children From Down The "Block".
Delightfuls: It's "Down The Lane".

Tommy: So what are you waiting for? Turn your kids back to normal!
Father: Hmm... Naahhh. Those kids of mine can be really annoying. This whole sheep thing is probably an improvement!
Tommy: Man, you are evil.
Father: Yes... I know.

KND operative: (to Tommy) "T"'s not a number, loser!

Part 1 Synopsis

Wally's New Pool

Numbuh 4's dad bought a new pool and invites the rest of the KND to go swimming. Numbuh 1 and Lizzie were late because Numbuh 1 was working on the Negatronic Energy Grid back at the and Lizzie couldn't decide what to wear. While everyone but Numbuh 4 goes swimming, Lizzie is captured by her mirror image, Eizzil ("Lizzie" spelled backwards), and Numbuh 1 swims to save her.

You're not Lizzie!

As he reaches Lizzie at a , it turns out she wasn't Lizzie at all, but her opposite counterpart Eizzil. Numbuh 1 flies into the DNK treehouse and wakes up chained in the DNK Torture Facility. Lizzie meets him in there and the minute Eizzil meets him, she asks Numbuh 1 how he figured out she wasn't Lizzie. He tells her in the positive universe, the people can tell their friends and enemies apart by making eye contact with him/her. He, then meets up with his own reverse counterpart, , who is an operative of the along with Eizzil. After bickering, Eizzil pulls out the . Just before Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil can torture them, the , the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's counterparts, arrive to rescue Numbuh 1 and Lizzie and defeat Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil and tell Numbuh 1 and Lizzie there isn't much time before shows up.

Him!

After they escape, Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil receive a message from and he tells them they, well mostly Eizzil, are one misstep from being sent to the Broccoli Mines. Eizzil tells him that isn't fair. He knows that and orders Negative 1 and Eizzil and the DNK infantry to search for Numbuh 1 and Lizzie, on the run from the infantry and see how badly the kids are being treated.

The DNK's plans

As they make it to the 's hideout. Their father, 's counterpart tells them that the DNK despise children so much, they force them to do the work adults do while the adults do kid stuff, and that the Traitor Dudes try to do their best to stop them (like the Delightfuls do to the KND), but it just isn't enough, and there's no telling what they're planning, next! The DNK arrives to apprehend Numbuh 1 and Lizzie and while the LTDFCD fight the infantry, Lizzie and Numbuh 1 escape. The DNK infantry has them cornered, so to fool the DNK infantry, Lizzie and Numbuh 1 pretended they were Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil. The plan worked and they rush back to the portal where they came in, however, they are captured by Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil who go into the portal where Numbuh 1 and Lizzie came in.

Part 2 Synopsis

What friends should/shouldn't do

After capturing Numbuh 1 and Lizzie, Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil, after forcing Numbuh 4 to go into his pool, accompany Numbuh 4 to the treehouse to get some items from the KND treehouse negatronic energy grid. After they leave, Numbuhs 2, 3 and 5 are captured by the DNK and replaced with their counterparts, .

You're not Numbuh 3!

At the Treehouse, Numbuh 4 wonders why they're dismantling half of the power grid and Negative Numbuh 1 and Eizzil tell him that's what the leader told them to do and their cover was nearly blown when Wally almost found out what he was doing for them. After getting the parts, Negative Numbuhs 2, 3 and 5 arrive. Numbuh 4, after looking at Negative Numbuh 3's eyes, discovers who they really are and notices the DNK took his friends captive. Negative Numbuh 3 offers to Numbuh 4 he would work for them or be sent to the Broccoli Mines, but Numbuh 4 refused their offer and defeats his friends' counterparts.

Tortured

In the negative world, the rest of the team is being tortured by him, who is revealed to be Numbuh 4's evil counterpart Negative Numbuh 4, and while torturing the team, he was offering to the team one of them would work for him while the others are sent to the Broccoli Mines. The team refused, because they don't want to work with those who rule by fear and are sent to the Broccoli Mines. Numbuh 1 convinces negative counterpart, , to foil Negative Numbuh 4's evil plans.

Victory Over the DNK

At the city pool, the portal is set up and the DNK see that Negative Numbuhs 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been defeated by Numbuh 4 and the moment Numbuh 4 jumps into the portal and meets up with Negative Numbuh 4, he exposes the truth about him being a coward. Before the infantry can fire their weapons at Numbuh 4, Negative Numbuh 86 shows up with the KND and Lizzie and promptly tells the DNK that she wanted to pretend to be a pretty princess and the clouds clear up and the infantry drops their weapons, causing them to break. Negative Numbuh 4, outraged at his team betraying him, decides to conquer the positive universe, but his plan fails when Eizzil sends him back to the negative world. Negative Numbuh 4 is sent to the Broccoli Mines and the DNK operatives and the LTDFCD tell the KND they are going to make the negative universe a better place for everyone. Numbuh 3 congratulates Numbuh 4 on his learning how to swim and the team goes back home while the DNK starts to make their world a better place....

During the credits, Numbuh 4's pool is filled with sand and stays buried in the sand until dusk.

Part 1 Synopsis

Snow Day!

It's a snow day-- first snow day of the year, in fact! That means all schools are closed and while everyone is out having fun, Numbuh 1 is stuck in bed with the flu, and his expects him to stay in bed, staring at the ceiling all day while the kids play in the snow (he said he saw it in "the paper"). While Numbuhs 2 and 4 are playing in the snow and patrolling the snow day, Lizzie comes along and shows Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 her special soup she made for Numbuh 1, but it's poorly made (she must've got a bad grade in Home Ec.). Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 give Lizzie bad comments about her soup. Just before she gets mad at them, they pretend to act nice.

Evil President

Because of Numbuh 1 stuck in bed, staring at the ceiling with the flu, things could only get worse-- the 4th Grade President, namely Jimmy, now looking more evil, is upset because he called a special assembly in which he crowns his queen, but no one is attending the assembly because of the snow day. He orders the to deploy robots called to capture all the kids and take them to . The Hall Monitor nervously says to him "Yes, Jimmy.", but Jimmy prefers to be called "Master President" and tells the Hall Monitor to send the Walkers and he does so. Jimmy asks if Numbuh 1 is indisposed of and she says yes, and tells him it's easy to arrange if your uncle has the common cold (judging by this, Anna happens to be the niece). Jimmy then, sends in the and tells them Anna laid down the groundwork by infectucating Numbuh 1 and sends them to acquire his target. He tells Anna that this assembly will be his "crowning achievement".

Kids vs. Bus Walkers

The kids' fun in the snow is interrupted when the Bus Walkers arrive to take them to school. Numbuh 5 then tells the kids that President Jimmy has gone too far and rallies the kids to fight back, because they all deserve a day off after working so hard at school and that they should fight for their rights to play during a snow day. Everyone gets organized into different battle stations-- the Sled Wing squad led by Numbuh 2, the streamline attackification led by Numbuh 3. the snowball defenses led by Numbuh 4 and the Hockey Squad led by Numbuh 5. But the battle doesn't go so well and despite their valiant efforts, everyone gets captured by President Jimmy, everyone including the Sector V Team!

A Failed Rescue Attempt

While Lizzie is taking care of Numbuh 1, Numbuh 1 tastes Lizzie's soup, but spits it out. He looks out the window and asks Lizzie what's happening outside. Lizzie says Jimmy's planning to take everyone to school for an assembly. Numbuh 1 decides to go help the others. Lizzie suggests he brings the soup with him. She says, "It's fortified...". Numbuh 1 heads into the living room and activates a strange rocket made out of his fireplace: the KND FLIERPLACE to take down Jimmy's Bus Walkers. Lizzie wishes Numbuh 1 good luck but is distracted when shadows appear. Jimmy notices Numbuh 1 out of bed and orders his troops to blast him. Numbuh 1 launches a banana peel and aims it for one of the Bus Walkers. The Hall Monitors in one of the Walkers, dressed as the Storm and Snow Troopers, see this and laugh at him about lacking ammo, but the Bus Walker trips on the banana peel. The Bus Walkers shoot Numbuh 1 down and he crashes! After Numbuh 1 gets shot down, the Honor Roll tells Jimmy they brought the target. Jimmy tells them to bring the target to his ship. Anna thought Numbuh 1 was the target, but he wasn't, and Jimmy says he was planning to crown his target his queen, and his target, his true love, happens to be none other than Lizzie! What'll happen next? Find out in Part 2!

Part 2 Synopsis

Jimmy's plans

After Numbuh 1 gets shot down, he has a vision of Lizzie saying "Use the soup, Nigie", but he tells the vision her cooking is disgusting. As he passes out, , revitalizes him. In Jimmy's ship, Anna tells Jimmy that the Honor Roll brought Lizzie. Jimmy tells Anna to check on the prisoners, and he doesn't want any surprises, especially from the KND. He tells Anna he wants to be alone. The Honor Roll arrives with Lizzie and Lizzie demands to know what is going on. Jimmy tells her he turned completely evil to impress her and wanted Lizzie to be his queen. Lizzie refused, sticking by Numbuh 1, but Jimmy is using a as the crown-- he rewired the helmet to work on Lizzie! Jimmy calls in the Honor Roll and tells them to get her ready for the ceremony. Lizzie tells the cruel class president that Numbuh 1 and his team will stop him and rescue her and Jimmy tells her if Numbuh 1 survived the crash, he won't be able to penetrate his , which are actually basketball hoops that function as high-powered lasers, as well as a metal wall surrounding the school.

Last-Minute Details

As the Bus Walkers park in the school's driveway, Numbuh 1 rallies the power-providing hamsters to take him to Gallagher Elementary so he can take on President Jimmy and rescue his friends, dodging Jimmy's defenses along the way and wants to notify the other KND operatives he's on his way to save the day. Teach Jimmy and his minions a lesson, Numbuh 1! As the Hall Squad leads the abused students put in shackles in a special hallway (like the ones seen at airports), Numbuh 2 asks Numbuh 5 is she has any ideas and Numbuh 5 tells them they must try to loosen the shackles. They hear Numbuh 5's communicator beeping. As Numbuh 3 tries to reach Numbuh 5's communicator, she keeps kicking her. Anna comes along and confiscates the communicator and lets Numbuh 1 know she's going to help him. She takes out a key and frees the Sector V team from their shackles, and tells them why she's doing this: she loves Jimmy, and also tells them that Jimmy and the Hall Squad must not notice until the time is right. She heads into the principal's office to disable Jimmy's defenses. After distracting the Hall Monitors operating the defenses, she turns off the defenses and Numbuh 1 can get inside. The second he enters the school, two Hall Monitors spot him and battle him. Numbuh 1 sees this as a warm up for his near-at-hand battle against President Jimmy. Numbuh 1 wins the battle and heads for the auditorium to stop the ceremony, confront Jimmy and defeat him.

\"Kids Next Door, Battle Stations!!\"

In the auditorium, Jimmy surveys the whole room. The kids are all sitting down, with the Hall Squad standing guard and keeping watch for any escapees and intruders. He says it is all perfect. Anna comes and tells Jimmy she was attending to last-minute details. The assembly starts and all the kids start booing at Jimmy. Jimmy pays no attention to the booing and tells the kids that months of planning have culminated in the afternoon's coronation of his queen, Lizzie Devine and tells the kids they may have noticed that he turned totally evil, because it was a part of his plan. Before he can finish his speech, an infuriated Numbuh 1 confronts him, it's because you heard his loud sneeze, and tells Jimmy it's a snow day and he plans to spend it with Lizzie, and that he won't let him ruin it like he did earlier. Jimmy grows furious about this and doesn't know how Numbuh 1 got inside the school, but he knows he's not getting out. Beginning the battle, the cruel class president sics his Hall Monitors on Numbuh 1, then the KND escape from their shackles. Knowing his team free, Numbuh 1 yells out "Kids Next Door, Battle Stations!", and a fight between the Hall Monitors and Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 and 5 erupts, with the students cheering the KND on. While Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 and 5 dish out lots of hurt on the Hall Monitors and while the Hall Monitors try to quell the Sector V Team's rebellion, Numbuh 1 heads up to the stage, right after Numbuh 5 throws a to him. Numbuh 1 tries to set Lizzie free, but he engages into battle with Jimmy. They start to clobber each other in a ruler and mop fight, like the Lightsaber duels Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker had in Cloud City, only Numbuh 1 is armed with a ruler and Jimmy is armed with a mop. The KND race up to the stage, pulverizing Hall Monitors getting in their way. After putting the Hall Squad out of commission, they try to get the helmet off Lizzie, but they couldn't get it off, because the helmet's fusing to her head. When the helmet starts to take over and just before Jimmy can finish off Numbuh 1, Numbuh 1 uses Lizzie's soup to make the helmet malfunction, causing the helmet to explode, destroying the whole school in the process and scattering the students in every direction.

What It REALLY Means to Love

The now-free children continue to play in the snow and Lizzie is free from Jimmy's control. While Numbuh 1 and Lizzie cuddle up, the KND put Jimmy in shackles and haul him off to a SPRAYSHIP. Because of Jimmy's crime, the Sector V Team had one thing in mind: incarcerating him at the . The KND are also apprehending some of his soldiers. As the KND are apprehending Jimmy, Jimmy doesn't understand how Numbuh 1 evaded his defenses and got into the school and how the KND escaped from their shackles. Anna tells Jimmy she helped them and we see her being taken away. She tells Jimmy she disabled his defenses and freed the captured KND operatives because it was the same reason she worked for him semester after semester: she loves him! Jimmy is touched and they might learn to get along while they're incarcerated together and maybe Jimmy will learn what it really means to love. Numbuh 4 becomes disgusted and says "you'll never catch me saying 'I Love You' to anyone". That makes Numbuh 3 mad and that left Numbuh 4 wondering "What'd I do?!".

During the credits, Lizzie is making a more improved soup for Numbuh 1, but Numbuh 1 doesn't want to test the soup, so he runs away. Lizzie tries the soup for herself, although it's poorly made, like the one Numbuh 1 used against the Modified Boyfriend Helmet. She says "Yummy" after tasting the soup.

Part 1 Synopsis

Teen Ninja attack

The episode begins 3 years ago. It starts at house. Three Teen Ninjas break into his house and aim a at him. Maurice wakes up and yells "Kids Next Door, Battle Stations!" and Numbuhs 5 and attack the two teenage boys while the girl wonders how the KND knew she and her friends were coming. Maurice attacks her and then the girl says it's time to play chicken, and then, the attack the Teen Ninjas. As the teenage girl aims the gun at Numbuhs 8A and 8B, Maurice tries to interfere with her aim by shoving her out of the way, unfortunately, the gun hits 8A and 8B.

Maurice's promise

The Teen Ninjas run away in fear and the other KND operatives show up. Maurice and the others mourn the loss of the Numbuh 8 twins. tells the team the Teen Ninjas poxed them-- in which they infected them with Chicken Pox. While mourning the loss of Numbuhs 8A and 8B, Numbuh 5 gives Cree her hat back, but Cree tells Numbuh 5 to keep it. Maurice gives a speech that he will not rest until he totally, utterly, completely destroys the source of the Teens' pox.

3 years later

Maurice tells the Sector V team he couldn't live up to his promise. Numbuh 5 tells him not to fell bad about it and that the Sector V team will keep his promise for him. When Numbuh 86 tells Maurice he can blow out his candles, Maurice tells the KND it has been an honor fighting off adult tyranny by their side and blows out his candles and gets decommissioned. All the KND operatives are going to miss him so bad.

Part 2 Synopsis

\"It's just not fair!\"

At the , Numbuh 3 asks Numbuh 5 what she wants for her birthday next week. Numbuh 5 says she doesn't want anything for her birthday and tells the team that no matter how hard they work, they'll all turn into teens one day. Numbuh 5 tells them that Maurice was the greatest of the great and thinks the Teenagers are recruiting him right now. Numbuh 1 says they can make sure the teens don't recruit Maurice, but Numbuh 2 tells him that KND regulations require operatives let decommissioned operatives live without interference. Numbuh 1 insists they protect Maurice.

Kidnapped and Poxed

During surveillance, Numbuhs 4 and 5 see Maurice talk to a cheerleader and get attacked by Cree and the Teen Ninjas! Numbuhs 1, 2 and 3 move onto the scene with the KND UNDERPOUND and attack the Teen Ninjas. During the fight, we learn that the cheerleader is one of Cree's minions and the cheerleader kidnaps Maurice. Numbuh 5 goes after the truck, but upon reaching the truck, Cree infects her with chicken pox!

Boat-bombers

Then, you see a bunch of boats controlled by teenagers and the teens are cruising on the ocean, listening to a song called "I Hate Kids!" until Numbuh 5 attacks the boats and demands to know where Cree and Maurice are. One of the teens tell Numbuh 5 they're on and he refuses to give Numbuh 5 the coordinates to the island, but Numbuh 5 insists. The teenager gives the coordinates to her and Numbuh 5 blows up the boat with the KND MARBLE and takes off for Chickenpox Island.

Part 3 Synopsis

The Cannon

Numbuh 5 reaches Chickenpox Island and goes inside a huge, metallic chicken. She searches the chicken coops, but there aren't any chickens there. Numbuh 5 wonders what they're up to and lands in the room where the is. Cree built the cannon. Cree tells Numbuh 5 she invited every last child to a Street Fair with pony rides and everything else kids love and all she needs to do is enter the coordinates in the targeting computer and every kid will be bedridden for 3 weeks and the teens are going to watch the kids get poxed during the Giant Pep Rally at the High School. Numbuh 5 manages to K.O. the teens who apprehended her, getting them thrown in the Chicken Pit in the process.

The Fight

Cree activates the cannon and the teens who apprehended her get sucked into the vacuum of the cannon. Cree and Numbuh 5 start to fight. The minute Numbuh 5 reaches the cannon, she tells Cree that after she blows the cannon sky-high, she will take Cree to finally be decommissioned. Maurice stops her and Cree tells Numbuh 5 he's one of them now and tells her that she wanted to wait for Maurice to be 13 years old so he can use her cannon. Numbuh 5 considers surrendering, because she says she will soon be a teen herself. Cree is proud of Numbuh 5 for surrendering and wants to hug her. An explosion occurs and Maurice tells Cree the KND have arrived and tosses a MARBLE at Cree, causing her to fall into the Chicken Pit and gets poxed herself. Maurice then says, "Never give up!".

A Kept Promise

Numbuh 5 tells Maurice they must stop the cannon before it fires but Maurice tells her not to worry about it. The cannon fires but it misses the Street Fair-- it turned out Maurice changed the coordinates to aim the cannon at the Giant Pep Rally, getting the teenagers poxed! Maurice tells her he kept his promise after all these years, because the reason is that he got to stay in the KND organization after turning 13-- they act as a super-secret covert unit that infiltrates Teenager and Adult Facilities to gather the anti-kid information to KND Global Command. Maurice tells Numbuh 5 not to tell her friends about his getting to stay in the KND and if Numbuh 5 plays her cards right, she might be selected to join Maurice and the others after she turns 13. Numbuh 5 leaves Chickenpox Island with Numbuhs 1, 2 and 3 via KND SCAMPER.

Big Plans Against the KND

At the Lincoln house, while Cree and Numbuh 5 are recovering from the Chickenpox, Cree tells Maurice she's got a plan to get back at the KND and Maurice will do whatever it takes to destroy the KND. But he looks over his shoulder and slyly winks his eye at Numbuh 5, who winks back.

During the credits, the scenes are a little gray-ish. While Numbuh 5 is walking along, she sees a teenager (obviously a KND operative) wink at her.

Act 1 Synopsis

Numbuh 1's speech

The episode begins as Numbuh 1 gives a speech to the students of in the auditorium about what a rough year Gallagher Elementary School has had: the students have endured robbing homework on school buses, attacks and working in the school's cafeteria, and nothing is more devastating than the loss of Fourth Grade President James Nixon McGarfield and tells the students about his going from a fair and just politician to completely evil and about his crimes in Operation: S.N.O.W.I.N.G., which included Jimmy totally trying to steal Lizzie from him! He thanks the children for electing him to the position of Fourth Grade President. The president's secretary, interrupts Numbuh 1 onstage and announces that this election belongs not to Numbuh 1, but to the... DELIGHTFUL CHILDREN FROM DOWN THE LANE!!!

This is an Outrage!

After the opening credits, Numbuh 1 becomes outraged at this and attacks them, and the apprehend him. The rest of his team tries to help Numbuh 1, but the Hall Monitors and the Six-Gum Gang block their path. The Delightful Children give a speech on how they'll cleanse the school of all troublemakers who attack the fourth grade president, and they claim Numbuh 1 is one of them. Numbuh 1 tells the students he isn't a troublemaker and demands a recount as the Hall Monitors drag him to the Student Court.

Guilty as charged!

At the Courtroom, Numbuhs 2 and 5 tell Numbuh 4 that will be there to defend Numbuh 1. He can't lose; he's a fifth-grader. The court goes into session, and the Delightful Children turn out to be the judges. They find Numbuh 1 guilty for attacking them and send him to Permanent Detention, and if that wasn't bad enough, the Delightful Children then plan to start a civil war between the fourth and fifth grades! (during the scene where the fifth graders get attacked, there is a kid that has the same hair color, shirt, and hat as Ash Ketchum.) The rest of the team must figure out a way to help Numbuh 1 and quick!

Permanent Detention

In the Permanent Detention Room, comes along and talks to Numbuh 1 and apologizes for the lack of decoration. Numbuh 1 demands to be set free so that he can reveal to the students the DCFDTL stole the election and who knows what they'll do next. Runt tells him the DCFDTL will be saving him and the rest of his friends a front spot in the cafeteria line and all he's got to do is stop Numbuh 1 from getting out of detention by all means. Numbuh 1 meets up with Wilson after Runt leaves. Wilson tells Numbuh 1 that Numbuh 1 actually won the election and that the Delightful Children stole it from him and how does Wilson know this? He counts the votes and he confesses that he succumbed to bribery: The Delightful Children promised Wilson a slice of their birthday cake if he fudged the results a little, even though the Delightful Children weren't on the ballot. Wilson knows that and he knew he shouldn't have trusted the Delightful Children and the minute they got elected, they blamed him for tying Muffy Jenkins' shoelaces together, which got him life in detention with no chance for recess. "Serves you right", Numbuh 1 says to him. Wilson tells Numbuh 1 he must liberate all of the kids in detention so they can stop the Delightful Children's evil plan. Numbuh 1 doesn't know what they're planning, but he's sure to find out in Part 2!

Act 2 Synopsis

Evil Plan

In the Fourth Grade President's office, the Delightful Children expand their plans: After cutting off the fifth-graders' milk money supply, they immediately surrendered to the fourth grade safety patrol and the fourth and fifth grades are to fight the first, second, and third grades, and that some of the fifth graders were initiated into the fourth grade safety patrol.

KND Meeting

When the kids leave homeroom to fight the first-, second- and third-grades, Numbuh 5 gathers the rest of the KND operatives and tells them what the DCFDTL are doing. Numbuh 4 thinks school was starting to get fun for once, but Numbuh 5 tells the team they must bust Numbuh 1 out of detention before the Delightful Children reveal their plans to rise from the rubble and take over the school. However, Numbuh 2 isn't so confident, since no one has ever escaped from detention before. Numbuh 3 thinks Numbuh 1 might be having fun in there.

Escape from Permanent Detention

During a math lesson, Numbuh 4 asks Numbuh 5 for some gum and tells her he's saving it for after school. confiscates the gum and walks away. Everything was going according to plan. At Numbuh 1's cell, Lunk arrives and serves Numbuh 1 some gruel, and Numbuh 1 asks Lunk if he has an extra piece of gum. Lunk refuses to give the gum to Numbuh 1. Numbuh 1 reaches into Lunk's mouth, grabs the wad of gum and turns it into a prison key and escapes. The gum was actually the KND GUMMBO. notice Numbuh 1 escaping and chase after him. Numbuh 1 uses the GUMMBO's stretchiness to do some web-slinging to evade Wilbur, Dixie and the fifth grade safety patrol. inadvertently lets him out, and Runt scolds Goof for it. Runt notifies the other Hall Monitors about Numbuh 1 escaping and tells them to do a full search throughout the school.

The Surrender

Meanwhile, in the Fourth Grade President's office, the first, second and third grade presidents are discussing their surrender to the Delightful Children. The Delightful Children further expand their plans: After the Delightful Children are finished conquering all the grades of Gallagher Elementary and forming a supreme empire, they plan to attack .

Act 3 Synopsis

Battle Preparation

In the Gym, the students are preparing themselves for their fight against Hendry Middle School. Some of the kids are pretty nervous fighting the Middle-Schoolers (or the Big Kids). When the First Grade President announces Hendry Middle School is approaching at 4 meters, the kids get their bikes and scooters ready, armed with tennis balls and powered with rocket fuel 'cause the bikes, trikes and scooters are like karts from the Mario Kart series and tennis balls are like Koopa shells from the Mario series, while Numbuh 5 wonders where Numbuh 1 is and that he should've escaped by now.

Scandal

While Numbuh 1 is being hunted by the Hall Squad, he seeks sanctuary in the Fourth Grade President's office. The Hall Monitors finally find Numbuh 1, but Numbuh 1 tells them before they can take him away, there is something he wants to show them. At their office, the Delightful Children receive a call from Chad (formerly Numbuh 274 until decommissioning), a student at Hendry Middle School and a long-time enemy of the Kids Next Door. The Delightfuls tell Chad that after they stole the election and pitted the grades against each other, the kids will be no match for his teenage technology, due to the fact the kids are armed with bikes and scooters and Chad tells the Delightful Children that after Hendry conquers Gallagher Elementary, every student at Hendry Middle School will have their own little slave to carry their books, wash and dry their gym clothes, and clean out their lockers, and the Delightful Children will be promoted to the eighth-grade, a step forward in their never-ending pursuit toward adulthood. One of the Hall Monitors say "I can't believe those Delightfuls stole the election and that they would want to pull a Benedict Arnold on our school so they can become eighth-graders!". Numbuh 1 broadcasts the Delightfuls' treasonous announcement throughout the school using the P.A. system. The students grow infuriated at this and Numbuh 1 and the Hall Squad immediately apprehend the Delightful Children.

Battle of the Schools

When Hendry Middle School continues to approach Gallagher Elementary, Numbuh 1 rallies the students to fight back, determined to win the fight or get noogied and purple-nurpled trying. At a classroom at Hendry, a classmate tells Chad that the school is almost in range. His teacher tells Chad, addressed as "Mr. Dickson," and his classmate to sit down, preferring that Chad discusses to his friends about conquering elementary schools after class. As the students get ready to attack Hendry Middle School, the teenagers get ready to fight too, using what appear to be aerodynamic racing bicycles. As the Second Grade Squad storms the school for the target, the shoot two of the second graders down. Chad, while trying to impress with a cheerleader, notices one of the second graders racing around the school and he discovers what the KND are doing and orders one of his classmates to get his bike ready.

Victory over Hendry Middle School

After a long struggle that leaves all of the other class presidents defeated, Numbuhs 1, 2, 3 and 4 make it inside the school to locate the target. Numbuhs 2, 3 and 4 get shot down by Chad and the other Teen Ninjas. Numbuh 1 reaches the target: Principal Hendry's office and launches a tennis ball at the door, but the ball barely misses, hitting the door frame instead and landing quietly on the ground. Chad, however, slips on the tennis ball and crashes into the Principal's office. In Principal Hendry's rage, the middle school starts to sink, but Numbuh 1 makes it out of the school just in time! Wow! President Jimmy could've been there to see that! The kids gather and return to Gallagher Elementary.

The REAL winner of the election

Numbuh 1 thanks the students for electing him for the position as Fourth Grade President, but Wilson tells him he didn't win the election. Wilson merely told Numbuh 1 that to get him out of detention. is announced the real winner of the election, and Numbuh 1 wonders who would vote for him. His team whistles and walks away.

During the credits, Eggbert is launching his campaign as class president.

Act 1

Ambushed elves

The story begins in workshop in the North Pole. All the elves are working, while the head elf is watching over everything and isn't being jolly. When the KND attack, the head elf knew this was his chance to shine. The KND manage to take out the elves and steal Santa's toy machine.

Christmas-y credits

During the opening credits, it's snowing and the title looks all... christmasy (wow!), but the loading mission is still the same.

Welcoming Committee

As the KND return to the , they begin talking about presents. Numbuh 3 gets presents for the entire team, but is irritated at the fact that none of them got any presents for her, especially Numbuh 4. When they reach the Treehouse, they discover their treehouse was taken away! The elves known as , obvious parodies of Marvel Comics' X-Men and Alpha Flight, attack the KND and try their best to beat them.

We didn't do it!

After the fight, the KND tell Elfa Strike that they weren't the ones who attacked Santa's workshop, they were at the store looking for the christmas gifts they wanted. The elves wonder who it was that attacked the workshop. The KND attacking Santa's workshop was actually the Delightful Children from Down the Lane in disguise, who are still at Santa's Workshop and gloating over a defeated Santa.

Act 2

The Delightfuls' evil plans

At Santa's workshop, the Delightful Children have tied up Santa and Santa asks the Delightful Children if they wanted to get their coal before he takes off. The Delightful Children tell Santa that they plan to claim all of the kids' presents while all of the children get coal by using his REINDEER system, which is an obvious parody of Professor X's CEREBRO system.

The battle

The KND attack the Delightful Children and as the Delightful Children take away everyone's presents, they battle (obvious parodies of the Fantastic Four), who planned to replace Christmas with "Substitute Teacher Day". While the elves battle Edna, the KND try to stop the Delightfuls' plans.

Numbuh 3's gone Dark Phoenix!

They do so, but eventually, Numbuh 3 gets control of the sled and goes Dark Phoenix on the group, claiming everyone's presents for her own because no one got her anything for Christmas, but Numbuh 4 gives her the french fries he ate earlier.

Merry Christmas!

The KND ask the elves what they did with their treehouse. The KND Treehouse is the christmas tree at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

During the credits, Numbuh 4 sneaks the french fries from Numbuh 3's room.

Part 1 Synopsis

Frozen

The story begins when the KND are stealing the mother's cake recipe. After Numbuh 19th Century gets his hands on the recipe, the cake explodes, freezing the KND Operatives surrounding the ACTWLUTH's home.

The KND's Plans

On a Tuesday at the , the KND learn from KND Spies that the Delightful Children from Down the Lane are planning to eat their ultra-delicious birthday cake within the comfort of and that they have rigged speakers so that every kid within a 1,100-mile radius can hear the Delightfuls eat their cake, but the KND have a plan: they are going to make a cake of their own-- they're going to hide in a Trojan Cake and they're going to wait for the Delightfuls to take the cake into the mansion and after being taken into the mansion, the KND are going to wait for the real cake to arrive. When the cake arrives, the KND are going to give the Delightful Children a birthday surprise they will never forget! Numbuh 2 says the idea is dangerous. Numbuh 1 knows that, which is why he planned a sidetrip to .

The Alamode

Numbuh 4 considers the trip to the Alamode to be stupid, but the chief archeologist, Numbuh 50,000,000 BC says it's always a good thing to pay your respects at the Alamode before a dangerous mission or two. 100 years ago, The Alamode was the one place where the Annoyingly Cute Triplets Who Lived Upon The Hill's mother baked an ultra-scrumptious birtday cake, and that the ACTWLUTH would share the cake with no one. The KND Operatives were on the verge of obtaining the recipe of the cake. However, a trap was set off, and 5,000 KND Operatives got caught in a massive ice cream explosion. It took the KND operatives 100 years to defrost the other KND operatives. The frozen KND operatives were over 13 and had to be decommissioned. Numbuh 19th century was the only one who was never found, and that in his memory, the KND continue to search for great-grandmother's recipe.

Numbuh 19th century is Found

Numbuh 19th century is eventually found and thawed out. Numbuh 19th century doesn't recall the ACTWLUTH's mother's recipe, but does remember the Alamode and wants to tackle the ACTWLUTH, but Numbuh 1 tells him there are no triplets. Numbuh 86 arrives and takes Numbuh 19th century to be decommissioned. Numbuh 50,000,000 BC tells Numbuh 86 that he might know the recipe, but Numbuh 86 doesn't listen and takes him away. Numbuh 50,000,000 BC grows depressed at this, but Numbuh 1 tells him to calm down, and that the Sector V Team will get a slice of the cake right after they pry it out of the Delightfuls' hands.

\"That's no Moon!\"

While traveling in a SPRAYSHIP, Numbuh 19th century talks to himself about how times went by-- flying machines in space and girls in the KND Organization. Numbuh 86 tells Numbuh 19th century that their leader is a girl and that 3 of the best KND agents in the 50 states are girls. Numbuh 19th century is astounded at this. Numbuh 86 notices that they shouldn't be at yet, until she realizes it's no Moon, but a ! Numbuhs 86 and 19th Century are captured by .

Part 2 Synopsis

Code: Pants-on-fire

At the Delightful Mansion, the Sector V team is about ready to get their hands on the Delightfuls' cake. Numbuh 35 comes along and tells the Sector V Team about Numbuhs 86 and 19th century's disappearance and that Numbuh 362 has ordered a Code: Pants-on-fire! Numbuh 4 stays at the mansion, waiting for the Delightfuls' cake to arrive, while the rest of his friends get up to KND Moonbase.

Father's Latest Cake

Aboard the spaceship, tells Father that he and the other Elite Ice Cream Men found Numbuhs 86 and 19th century snooping around. Numbuh 19th century found Father's cake more delish than the ACTWLUTH's mother used to make. Father gets this information and demands to know everything Numbuh 19th century knew about the cake recipe. Numbuh 19th century won't tell, and because of this, Father is using the cake to destroy the KND Ice Cream Storage Facility, and threatens to destroy all the ice cream in the world unless Numbuh 19th century tells him his great gram-gram's cake recipe. Since Numbuh 19th century won't tell Father the cake recipe, he and Numbuh 86 are taken away.

A Rescue Plan

At the KND Moonbase, Numbuh 60 comes along and tells Numbuh 362 that the KND Ice Cream Storage Facility has been destroyed. The KND get visuals of Father's latest cake on the screen. Numbuh 60 says they must send a fleet to destroy the cake, but Numbuh 362 tells him that Numbuhs 86 and 19th century are aboard the ship and if the KND destroy the ship, they destroy Numbuhs 86 and 19th century. Numbuh 1 tells Numbuhs 60 and 362 that he and his friends will rescue Numbuh 86 and 19th century. Numbuh 60 asks the KND how they will get inside. Numbuh 3 has an idea.

A Not-so-stupid Idea

Numbuh 3 says purchasing ice cream is the idea. The KND consider the idea to be dumb. Numbuh 3 asks for ice cream, but the Ice Cream Man says no, because they only sell ice cream to responsible adults. Numbuh 5 whacks the Ice Cream Man with her SPLANKER. After knocking out the Ice Cream Man, the KND commandeer and take off for Father's ship. Back on the ship, Numbuh 86 asks Numbuh 19th century why he didn't know the recipe after telling Father he had the recipe. The reason why Numbuh 19th century knew there was a lady in danger. If you guessed Numbuh 86, you're right! Numbuh 19th was quite the dandy KND operative and that he was known for his chivalry to the ladies. Numbuh 19th century starts sweet-talking Numbuh 86.

Infiltrating the Spaceship

While riding the Ice Cream Truck in space, Numbuh 2, disguised as an Elite Ice Cream Man, tells Chef Pierre he's going to land the ship, but doesn't know where to land the ship. Pierre tells Numbuh 2 to land the truck anywhere. While Numbuh 1 gives his compliments to the chef, Numbuh 2 stays on board the ship and scan the area and locate the cell Numbuhs 86 and 19th century are locked up in and Numbuhs 3 and 5 will bust Numbuhs 86 and 19th century out. Back on Earth, Numbuh 4 is still waiting to be let into the mansion and waiting for the cake to arrive. Back on the ship, at the cellblock area, Numbuh 5 comes along disguised as an Elite Ice Cream Man, with shackled Numbuh 3 acting as her prisoner. Numbuh 5 tells the Ice Cream Men that she found Numbuh 3 trying to eat the icing on Tier 237. Numbuh 3 nearly blows hers and Numbuh 5's cover when she asks them where Numbuhs 86 and 19th century are and that they want to free them. An Elite Ice Cream Man asks Numbuh 5 if she's a little short to be an ice cream man, but Numbuh 5 tells him she's taller than one of the Ice Cream Men. Numbuh 3 grabs his neck and the Ice Cream Man thanks her for ridding him of the crick in the neck. Numbuhs 3 and 5 knock out the Elite Ice Cream Men. While Numbuh 5 searches for Numbuhs 86 and 19th century, Numbuh 3 is ordered to keep watch for any guards.

\"The Candles are Ready!\"

While Numbuh 3 keeps an eye out for the guards on cellblock, one of the guards ask Numbuh 3 if there was a prison break. Numbuh 3 tells them there is no prison break and that a party is progressing. The guards decide to come down for the party. In Father's command deck, Pierre tells Father the candles are ready for the destroying of the ice cream. Father orders the guards to bring Numbuh 19th century to witness the destruction of all the ice cream. The Elite Ice Cream Men leave the command deck for the party Numbuh 3 is holding in the cellblock area. Too bad Father isn't invited to the party. Father talks to himself for a while. While doing so, Numbuh 1 arrives in his quarters and places detonation packs everywhere.

Prison Break

Numbuh 5 runs along the hallways and finally finds cell 58 (the cell Numbuhs 86 and 19th century are trapped in) and breaks them out after watching them kiss. Back at the control room, the Ice Cream Men are wanting to attend the party Numbuh 3 is holding. They see Numbuh 5 with the prisoners and a battle ensues. Numbuh 5 calls Numbuh 2 and tells them about their situation and asks him how they can escape. Numbuh 2 tells the operatives he's right below them and tells them to stay where they are and lick the floor.

Numbuh 1 confronts Father

After placing the detonation things in the quarters, Numbuh 1 is just about ready to leave, until Father interrupts him and starts to battle him.

Part 3 Synopsis

Battle and Escape

After licking the floor, Numbuhs 3, 5, 86 and 19th century all end up in the docking area. They wait for Numbuh 1 to arrive, only to witness him battling Father. Before they have the chance to help Numbuh 1, Father's troops shoot at them. After Numbuh 19th century tastes the cake. Father becomes infuriated, melting the cake in the process. He tears open his shirt and finds the recipe to his Great-Grandma's cake. He tries to read the recipe, but it starts to smudgify. Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 19th century try to escape back to the truck, but one of the ships that made the cake crashes into the cake. Numbuh 2 saves them and they head for the Moonbase.

The Delightfuls take the Cake

At the Delightful Manor, the Delightfuls see the cake has arrived, only it's Numbuh 4, with his clothes torn and he demands the Delightfuls hand over the cake before he starves to death. The cake falls from the sky and crashes into the Delightfuls' Mansion. Numbuh 4 starts stuffing his face with cake.

What's the Alamode?

At the KND Moonbase, Numbuhs 1, 2 3, 5, 86 and 50,000,000 BC witness Numbuh 19th century being decommissioned. Numbuh 50,000,000 BC grows devastated at this and asks Numbuh 19th century if he still remembers the recipe. He says he doesn't remember the recipe, but does remember the Alamode, but asks the KND what the Alamode is. Numbuh 50,000,000 BC is REALLY devastated!

During the Credits, the Delightful Children are admonishing Father as this has turned out to be their worst birthday ever while they see Numbuh 4 stuffing himself with the cake as pieces of it are still falling from the sky, along with the Elite Ice Cream Men. Even though Numbuh 4 is getting full, he keeps eating the cake.

Numbuh 86: (dragging Numbuh 19th Century behind her) Out of my way!

Father: Only in the cold of space could I construct the largest ice cream cake ever for my delightful children!
Numbuh 19th Century: Cake and ice cream? Together? That's not possible! Insanity! (continues to babble)
Father: This kid doesn't get out much, does he?
Numbuh 86: He's from the 19th century.
Father: (shocked) Get outta here!
Numbuh 86: No, really! He's like, never seen cars and stuff. Go on, ask him something!
Father: Say, 19th century kid. You wanna watch a CARTOON on the TELEVISION?
Numbuh 19th Century: What is a cartoon? And what is this thing you call tele-vision?
Numbuh 86 and Father: (start laughing)

Numbuh 86: (after licking the wall) Pech! No one likes sherbet! It's just like fruit and ice! And we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you, Fancypants! Why didn't you tell me you knew the recipe for the greatest cake EVER?! (grabs hold of Numbuh 19th Century's shirt)
Numbuh 19th Century: But, I don't.
Numbuh 86: Then why did you tell Father you did!? (throws Numbuh 19th Century down)
Numbuh 19th Century: I had no choice, as there was a rather fetching lady in danger.
Numbuh 86: What lady?! Who was in danger- huh... m-me?
Numbuh 19th Century: Well, back in my day, I was renowned for my chivalrous assistance to the ladies. I was quite the dandy operative, you know.
Numbuh 86: (blushing and giggling) Well, you're not so bad now either.
Numbuh 19th Century: (snobbily) Well, of course, with all the girls in the Kids Next Door nowadays the talent pool must be quite diminished.
Numbuh 86: (growls and throws him again)

Numbuh 5: (disguised as an Elite Ice Cream Man, with shackled Numbuh 3 pretending to be her prisoner) Uh... we found this girl trying to eat some icing on Tier 237.
Numbuh 3: Yeah, so if you could just tell us where our friends are so we could break them out, that would be grea- (is elbowed by Numbuh 5) Ow! What?
Elite Ice Cream Man: Aren't you a little short to be an Ice Cream Man?
Numbuh 5: I'm taller then that guy.
Elite Ice Cream Man: Who? Steve? Aw, get outta... (Numbuh 3 pats him on the shoulder) Thanks. I had that worst crick in my neck for the last... (Numbuh 5 blasts him with an ice cream gun)

Numbuh 5: (after walking in on Numbuh 86 and Numbuh 19th Century kissing) Fanny and Fancypants, sittin' in a tree!

Lesser Ice Cream Man 1: Good news, Captain-- the inscription is finished and ahead of schedule!
Captain: Excellent. Wait! "Children" isn't spelled with two Ls!

Synopsis

Numbuh 362 is fed up being leader: kids want her to help them fighting villains, some kid is constantly throwing a frisbee in her head and wants her to throw it back, and Numbuh 65.3 wants her to sign some reports. In a meeting called by Numbuh 362, she tags Numbuh 86 . By noon whoever is tagged is the new leader. No one wants to be. Numbuh 2 is later tagged and uses the Codemodule to lock onto another KND member; he quickly tags him only to find out it's Father . Father abolishes the decomissioning rule and says he's gonna destroy all broccolli. The kids kind of believe him. He betrays them (Duh) and makes all the KND treehouses turn into broccolli. Numbuh 1 convinces Numbuh 362 that she is a great leader and she eats through some broccolli and forces Father to tag her. Numbuh 362 then wakes up back at the convention centre and is once again hit in the head with the frisbee. She throws the frisbee out and everyone cheers and has fun.

During the closing credits, Wally was hiding inside a cardboard box with a message saying he wasn't there, and he had a false grey beard on.
