Baby Chicks
Only appearance: Op C.A.K.E.D.-T.H.R.E.E.The Baby Chicks appeared in Operation: CAKED-THREE when they thought Numbuh 1 was their mommy after they hatched from the eggs that Numbuh 2 was going to use for the EGGAPULT (Numbuh 2 had put the eggs in Numbuh 1's room!). When they notice their parent(s) in trouble, they always rush to defend and provide backup for their threatened parent.
Billy Hocslawger
Only appearance: Op C.L.O.S.E.T.Billy Hocslawger is a kid who appeared in Op CLOSET. He got lost in his extremely messy closet and had to be rescued by Sector V. He has an ugly pink snowsuit that came to life, called the Abominable Snowsuit. He is also stubborn like his father, according to his mother (voiced by Jill Talley). His mother appeared and his father was mentioned. He's voiced by Tom Kenny.
Boxy
Only appearance: Op R.E.P.O.R.T.Boxy is a box Numbuh 3 named Boxy in her report in Op REPORT. He was only seen alive-Boxy was a record player-in poorly drawn crayon when Numbuh 3 was telling a story. She said Boxy and her were best friends. The DCFDTL asked if they could play with them and got him and were pleased since it was their’s. However they soon ran into Numbuh 4 who fought them for it.
Boys Next Door
Only appearance: Op F.U.T.U.R.E.The Boys Next Door are a group of boys who make up the next generation of Kids Next Door operatives. Rather than fighting against adults as the KND do, however, the BND are engaged in a war against in an ultimate battle of the sexes. Led by an older version of Wally Beetles, who is the only remaining member of the original Sector V (Numbuhs One, Two and Five were 'girlified', Numbuh Three's whereabouts are unknown), it is an entirely male organization with the exception of Sally Sanban, who is Numbuh Three's granddaughter. The other main characters, who remained anonymous, are assumed to be the descendants of Numbuhs One, Two and Five.
The Boys Next Door, Margaret's girls, and the entire post-apocalyptic universe was presumably destroyed when an 80 year old Wally traveled back in time and stopped Margaret before she managed to gather a girlish army, thus creating an entirely different future.
Known Members include
- Numbuh 5's descendent
- Future Numbuh 4 (leader)
- Numbuh Two's descendent (voiced by Tom Kenny)
- Numbuh One's descendent
Captain James \"Jimmy\" P. Dirt and his Filthy Crew
Only appearance: Op D.U.C.K.Y.James P. Dirt, otherwise known as Captain Jimmy, is a parody of the captain of the Enterprise, James T. Kirk, in Star Trek. He was on the run from who has wanted him to take a bath for thirty-some odd years. He was featured in Operation: D.U.C.K.Y., where he fled from his mother's giant duck robot, . He was scared to face his Mom until Tommy persuaded him and his Filthy Crew to fight back. He has not been seen since and is presumed clean.
Daddy
Only appearance: Op P.O.O.L.Daddy is the LTDFCD's father and negative counterpart. He is a rather goofy guy who loves kids (especially his kids and the KND) and is pretty much of a coward. He is constantly worried about his children, and other kids as well, and wishes for a world where children are free. His children try their best to foil the plans, but it just isn't enough, until after a cross-dimensional travel event, the Sector V team disbanded the DNK and the DNK operatives (who turned against Negative Numbuh 4) decided to make the negative world a better place for everyone. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
Dr. Sigmund Teef
Only Appearance: Op. T.E.E.T.H.Dr. Sigmund Teef is a dentist (his last name is a pun on teeth) who lives near the candy shop formerly owned by , now owned by Teef's "lazy brother-in-law". Teef apparently loves cleaning children's teeth, but he does not see it as a mission as Jelly does, only as a job. However, he hates it when people call him a freak. Ironically enough, Dr. Teef saved the KND's teeth after he threw some taffy to Mr. Jelly (the "Enamel Avenger"'s sole weakness), thereby wrecking Teef's chair that Jelly had turned into a robot and ending the threat of Knightbrace (at least temporarily, as Knightbrace appeared in later episodes, proving that the "dental establishment" failed to reform him). Teef's first name, Sigmund, may be a reference to famous psychologist Sigmund Freud. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett
Elizabeth \"Lizzie\" Devine
First appearance: Op L.I.Z.Z.I.E.Lizzie Devine, often just referred to as Lizzie, is the overprotective girlfriend of Nigel Uno, leader of Sector V of the Kids Next Door organization. She is overweight which seems to make some fans dislike her more. She often calls her boyfriend "Nigie". Her parents or other family members have not yet been seen or mentioned in an episode.
Lizzie has been involved in the following KND missions: Ops L.I.Z.Z.I.E., Q.U.I.E.T., D.A.T.E., C.A.K.E.D.-T.W.O., L.E.A.D.E.R., N.U.G.G.E.T., P.O.O.L., (she went on that mission alone), , F.E.R.A.L, and H.O.L.I.D.A.Y. Her next appearence will be in Op G.I.R.L.F.R.I.E.N.D.
Twice in the series, the machine most associated with Lizzie was seen, the , more commonly referred to as a "boyfriend/girlfriend helmet". In Op L.I.Z.Z.I.E., Lizzie first used the machine on Nigel to make him her obedient love slave. The second time was in Op S.N.O.W.I.N.G., when the cruel class president James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield rewired it to work on Lizzie to make her his queen because he had a crush on her. Jimmy's assistant, Anna Worthington, was jealous because she loved Jimmy and helped Sector V rescue Lizzie. Lizzie's disgusting soup made the helmet go haywire, and Lizzie was freed. Lizzie is short-tempered and can be mean. She doesn't seem to like Numbuhs 2-5, and just wants Numbuh 1 to leave his friends. Some fans believe Numbuhs 1 and 5 are better off suited together than Numbuh 1 and Lizzie, since Lizzie is always bossing and pushing Numbuh 1 around, along with occasionally insulting him too. She has been a villain in Ops LIZZIE and HOLIDAY. She saved Sector V in Op CAKED-TWO. She is also friends with Numbuh 10, Numbuh 1's cousin. She wrongly originally thought Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 10 were dating.
In Op P.O.O.L., Lizzie had an aggressive and overbearing evil counterpart named . Eizzil Enived isn't that different from Lizzie. Eizzil has an ex-boyfriend, Negative Numbuh 1.
In Op DATE, Lizzie would have been given the temporary numbuh of 49 if she helped with a mission. It is unknown if she gained it.
Voiced by Grey DeLisle.
Froggy McDougal
Only appearance: Op K.N.O.T.Froggy McDougal is a companion of Vin Moosk who appeared in Op KNOT. He has wanted revenge on ties after they bit his finger off in the 70's. He curently works as an account for Windsor's daddy. He's voiced by Dave Wittenberg.

Fifth Grade President (Scotty Vincent) E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S.
Jessica
First apearance: Op R.A.B.B.I.T.Jessica is a first-grade girl who Heinrich Von Marzipan blackmailed into helping him-if she didn’t listen to him, he would take away her stuffed bunny. She ended up pushing Heinrich into choco-magma and saving Numbuhs 2 and 5. She's voiced by Amber Hood.
Joseph \"Joe\" Balooka
First apearance: Op P.I.N.K.E.Y.E.Joe Balooka (his name a takeoff on comic-strip boxer Joe Palooka) appears in Operation: P.I.N.K.E.Y.E. as one of . He was once Numbuh 2's partner before Numbuh 2 became a KND operative. bribed him with crumbles in exchange for infecting kids with pinkeye. He got shot himself before he could tell Numbuh 2 Nurse Claiborne was infecting the kids. In Op S.P.A.N.K.E.N.S.T.I.N.E., after he was kicked off the Hall Monitor force for the whole pinkeye thing, he kept an eye on his dad's store at night and thought Numbuh 2 was stealing chocolate sauce, plus, he also kept a Water Balloon shooter with him. As Numbuh 2 said, he and Joe will always be friends. Voiced by Daran Norris.
The Kid
First appearance: Op D.O.G.F.I.G.H.T.The Kid first appears in Operation: D.O.G.F.I.G.H.T., when he is dueling with Numbuh 2 in the sky. After their planes both get shot down, he tells Numbuh 2 he thinks he's planning to destroy the Chili-Dog Factory, only they discover had pitted them against each other so that he could destroy the Hot-Dog Factory, because he's sick of the chili dog stains on his clean counter! So, Numbuh 2 and The Kid put together the surviving parts of their planes to make a new one, taking out Mr. Washer's Flying Fortress and his hobby shop! As of Operation C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R., he seems to have an interest in Numbuh Three. Rumor has it that his name is Ace, probably because Mr. Washer called him so. This probably just means "ace", since Mr. Washer also called Numbuh 2 ace. He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui. He speaks with a Spanish accent and it has been hinted that his is bilingual.
Kids Next Door Hamsters
First appearance: Op C.A.K.E.D.The hamsters power the KND’s treehouses. There is a room in the treehouses where the hamsters run on wheels, giving energy to the treehouse and weapons, electricity, etc. They replaced guinea pigs, who used to power the treehouse. They were first seen in Op CAKED where they were pulling half of the Delightful Manor. They officially appeared in Op NO-POWUH, where Numbuh 1 first introduced them. Occasionally they are sent on vacation. Numbuh 3 seems to be the caretaker for all the hamsters. They seem to be able to talk sometimes. Some of them are:
Joaquin, the most commonly seen hamster. He appeared in Op KISS where Numbuh 2 wanted to use him as the subject for making a hamster powerful. It appeared working in Op FOODFITE. Numbuh 2 seems to own him.
Chubbo, actually a dead hamster, who died and Numbuh 3 was most upset about this. Appeared in Op GHOST.
Replacement Operatives, five hamsters that took the places of Numbuhs 1-5 in Op PIANO when a piano fell on them. Their mission was to destroy violins. They will possibly reappear in Op HAMSTER.
Dumechi, a hamster who wears a white T-shirt and squirts soda at everyone.
King Guinea Pig and the Guinea Pigs
Only appearance: Op F.I.S.H.Y.King Guinea pig and the Guinea Pigs or Guinea Pig Tribe are guinea pigs who live away from the main part but in Sector V's treehouse. They used to power the treehouse but were replaced by hamsters.
Lasso Lass and Clip-Clop
Only appearance: Op C.O.W.G.I.R.L.Lasso Lass and her horse, Clip-Clop appear in Operation C.O.W.G.I.R.L. She runs an adult-hating organization called the "Cowboy Kids Club" and it is revealed that were members of that very club ever since they were kids. Even though she is extremely old now, she allies with the KND to retrieve Mr. Fibb's dome. In the end, she falls in love with "Timmy" again much to his dismay and is seen chasing him to the sunset. Lasso Lass is voiced by Candi Milo and Clip-Clop is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
\"Leaky\" Leona
First appearance: Op Z.O.O.Leona or “Leaky” Leona, called “Leaky” because she spits when she talks, first appeared briefly in Op ZOO and again briefly in Op DATE. She fully appeared in Op FOUNTAIN, where it was revealed she was actually very old but was using a lost Fountain of Youth under Gallagher Elementary. She wears four gold bracelets. She was a villain for a short while. She's voiced by Candi Milo.
Little Traitor Dudes for Children's Defense
Only appearance: Op. P.O.O.L.The Little Traitor Dudes For Children's Defense appear in Operation , where they function as the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's good counterparts ("LTDFCD" is "DCFDTL" backwards). They live in a trailer with their kid-loving, goofball father, named Daddy, who is counterpart. Instead of the monotonous voice of their positive-world counterparts, the Little Traitor Dudes speak with valley girl/surfer accents, however, like their counterparts, they do stuff in unison. They made friends with the and KND operatives after defeating Negative Numbuh 4. Benjamin Diskin, Lauren Tom, Dee Bradley Baker and Cree Summer (the same voice actors for the DNK and Sector V operatives) provide their voices.
Reporters Nick And Chip
Nick's first appearance: Op C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R.Chip's only appearance: Op B.R.E.A.K.U.P.
Nick and Chip are reporters. Nick seems emotionless and talks in a bored way however when off the microphone sounds worried. Nick first reported the Toobathon in Op CAKED-FOUR. He seemed a little rude. He appeared again with glasses-wearing Chip reporting the vaseball game in Op BREAKUP. Revealed in Op. MISSION, Nick's mom doesn't like it when he's visiting "disgusting" bowling alleys.
Santa Claus and Elfa Strike
Only appearance: Op N.A.U.G.H.T.Y.In the Codename: Kids Next Door universe, Santa Claus has a different way of delivering toys with his "Reindeer" system (parody of the Cerebro system used by Professor X in Marvel Comics). He uses it to deliver presents to the good kids and coal to the bad kids. The DCFDTL tried to use it get all the presents while the rest of the kids get coal, as well as Numbuh 3, who went Dark Phoenix on the KND and claimed everyone's presents, because no one got her anything for Christmas.
Elfa Strike is a parody of the X-Men that works for Santa Claus and the name is a parody of the squadron Alpha Flight. The members are:
- Wintergreen (Wolverine parody) who had peppermintium claws and bones, rather than adamantium.
- Nutcracker (Nightcrawler parody) who was short and near indestructible much like Puck from Alpha Flight, but due to the German accent, the teleportation powers, and the similar phonetics of their names, he is definitely a parody of Nightcrawler.
- Snow Angel (Storm/Angel parody) who was able to control snow, and had wings made of snow to give her the ability to fly.
- Coniferous (Colossus parody) who could turn his skin into pine needles, and as many people know, trying to negotiate a pine needle-covered Christmas tree is painful business indeed. He also seems to be really strong.
Wilson Woodrow
Only appearance: Op E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S.Wilson Woodrow appears in as he takes place as the Fourth Grade President's secretary. During the Fourth Grade Elections, he counts the votes. The Delightful Children from Down the Lane bribed him with a slice of their birthday cake if he rigged the Fourth Grade election, making the Delightful Children the winners, but he knew he couldn't have trusted them-- they framed him for tying Muffy Jenkins' shoelaces together, which got him detention for life with no chance for recess. After he gets thrown in detention for that very crime the DCFDTL committed, he tells convict Numbuh 1 he is the real winner of the election. This however was also a lie in order to get Numbah 1 to free him from detention. At the end of the episode he reveals that the true winner of the election was Eggbert Eggleston. He is voiced by Dave Wittenberg.
His name is a reversal of the name of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, which yet again links the position of Class President of Gallagher Elementary in KND with the position of President of the United States.
Vin Moosk
Only appearance: Op K.N.O.T.Vin Moosk appears in Op K.N.O.T., where he is a famous tie-hunter that helps Numbuh 1 fight off school ties, alongside his two comrades, Windsor (voiced by Jason Marsden) and Froggy MacDougal (voiced by Dave Wittenberg). He was once a sad, obedient accountant that worked at a company called Accounting and Son. He discovered that accounting was boring and he quit his job because of the tie he wore at work. He and Numbuh 1 planned to attack the Tieland Commons Shopping Mall by destroying the school ties. Before they could complete that task, Windsor revealed to Moosk and Numbuh 1 that Windsor was the "Son" in "Accounting and Son," who wanted Moosk to go back to his old job by bringing Moosk to the Queen Tie. In the end, Moosk sacrifices himself for the KND, destroying the Queen Tie but being forced to be an accountant once again in the process. Shortly after this, Numbuh 1 reminded him of what he was and delivered Spray Starch to him by disguising himself as a delivery boy. He is voiced by Jim Cummings, who also provided the voice of Minsc (who Moosk could possibly be a homage to).
