This page has a list of drugs that are known to be affected by grapefruit. These interactions are generally caused by the fruit's naringin and bergamottin interfering with the enzyme cytochrome P450 isoform CYP3A4 in the liver.
The list is ordered by its most common chemical name, followed by alternate chemical names and various trade names.
