This is a list of Swedish Municipalities ordered by taxation per capita. Final taxation for 2001 in SEK per adult inhabitant.
- Final tax includes: governmental and municipal income tax on salary, governmental income tax on investment income, property taxes, fortune tax, and company taxes.
- Population includes those who by 2001 were registered in Sweden. Children below 18 years of age are not included.
- Calculated by 2001 prices.
- National average is 57,200 SEK. The top ten municipalities of the list are all part of the Metropolitan Stockholm region.
- Note that Knivsta Municipality is not on the list since it was created 2002.
