Live Support Software (also called Live Chat or Live Person) is a feature of some website to provide Real Time Support to its visitors. Hereby the user clicks on a button to open a separate chat window. A representative answers questions of the user in this window. This service is offered by many companies. Normally this is charged by a monthly fee. Alternatively you can buy a script and run it on your own server.
