Load-Haul was a railfreight operator based in the North-East of the United Kingdom. It was formed in 1994 prior to the privatisation of British Rail.

The company introduced a bold livery of black with orange lower cabsides.

Load-Haul, along with Mainline Freight and Trans-Rail were purchased by EWS in 1996.
