Lokhandwala Complex is a residential-cum-commercial area in Andheri, Mumbai.

The home for the rich and famous, and the not so rich and famous, developed in last 15 years as middle class society called Swami Samarth Nagar. It was cheap affordable shelter away from railway station for the middle class of mumbai, soon caught attention of the rich and the famous. Non-Resident Indians, film and TV artists,and the criminals too. The main street has become a big shopping commercial hub and it is surrounded by malls and multiplex theatres. Property rates have zoomed 15 times in last 15 years.Good health care, The Reliance Mandke hospital coming soon, schools, colleges, including one engineering college nearby Lokhandwala Complex has attracted the attention of many and is a mini Manhattan of Mumbai city with lots of residential towers and housing complexes with luxurious amenities.
