London Group

Encyclopedia : L : LO : LON : London Group

London Group is an art society based in London, England founded in 1915 when the vorticists came together to encourage and support young avant-garde artists to exhibit their work. Members of the group include, Walter Sickert, Vanessa Bell, Paula Rego and Paul Nash. The group continues to exist as of 2006.
