The Louis J. Tullio Arena is a 5,586-seat multi-purpose arena in Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. It was built in 1983 as part of the Erie Civic Center complex, which also includes the Warner Theatre, Jerry Uht Ballpark and the soon-to-open Bayfront Convention Center. It is home to the Erie Otters ice hockey team and the Erie Freeze arena football team. The arena is named after former Erie mayor Louis Tullio.

The arena features 30,000 square feet of trade show and exhibit space for conventions and trade shows; when Bayfront Convention Center opens in 2007, the square footage of exhibit hall space at the Civic Center complex will double. There are five luxury suites at the arena, each seating 20. As a concert venue, the Arena seats up to 7,938. (When concerts are held in end-stage configuration, holding up to 7,526, the luxury suites are not used.).
