Loxstedt is the name of a railway station on the Bremerhaven-Bremen line in Northwestern Germany. The station is situated in the town of Loxstedt, in the Cuxhaven district of Lower Saxony.

RegionalBahn trains from Bremerhaven to Bremen call at the station. It features a park and ride facility and a bus stop. The parish of Loxstedt has renovated the park and ride facilities in the late 1990s, and the station is supposed to undergo further remodeling, including raising the platforms, for the Bremen S-Bahn scheme. Access to the platforms is currently provided by a level crossing on the southern side of the station. The next station to the north is Bremerhaven-Wulsdorf, to the south lies Lunestedt.
