Lt. Nodumbo

Lt. Nodumbo is a fictional police lieutenant in Mike Selinker's annual feature of GAMES World of Puzzles who solicits the solver's help in solving puzzle mysteries for the Logological Crimes Division. The titles of the sections to date were:
- 1995: Murder Most Irrational
- 1996: The Jigsaw Bomber
- 1997: Blueprint for Disaster
- 1998: Undone in London
- 1999: L is for Logomania
- 2000: Revenge is a Grid Best Served Cold
- 2001: The Well-Parsed Sentence of Death
- 2002: Say the Magic Word or Die
- 2003: Miss Steak Scan Beaded Lee (a homophone of "mistakes can be deadly")
- 2004: Lt. Nodumbo of the Mounties
- 2005: Cruel and Unusual Puzzlement
- 2006: Lights! Camera! Execution!
