Máhanaxar

Máhanaxar (Quenya, from Valarin Mâchananaškad) or the Ring of Doom is a fictional place in J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium.

It was the place where the Valar gathered to hold their councils. It was outside the golden western gates of Valmar.
