M-108 (Michigan highway)

M-108 is also known as Nicolet St. (or "Nicolet Ave." or "Nicolet Rd.") in its entirety. Some maps also label it as the Mackinaw Highway. The road is on the boundary between Cheboygan County and Emmet County.
The 1.16 mile-long route connecting two interchanges off I-75 on the south side of Mackinaw City, USA. The southern terminus is at a partial interchange with I-75 (exit 337) just south of Mackinaw City, about two miles north of the northern terminus of US 31. The northern terminus is where the northbound off-ramp of exit 338 from I-75 intersects Nicolet. The northbound on-ramp and southbound off-ramp also form the northern terminus of US-23.
Christopher Bessert, on his Michigan Highways site, describes that from 1928-1952, M-108 formed a relatively rare "three-legged route" connecting the State Highway Ferry Docks with the Fort Michilimackinac State Historic Park and US 31. At one point while traveling westbound on M-108, you could turn right onto northbound M-108 or left onto southbound M-108.
