M45 or M-45 may refer to a number of things.

- M45 genetic marker, on the Y-chromosome. All Western Europeans and many Eastern Europeans and Central Asians carry the genetic marker. It helps to define the P haplogroup, which includes Q and R. It is thought to have originated about 30,000 years ago.
