Marta (full name is Marta Peterson) is the keyboard player for Orange County metalcore band Bleeding Through. She usually just goes by her first name as there are not too many women that are noticed in the metal scene (aside from Lacuna Coil's Cristina Scabbia). She joined the band just before the recording of 2004's This is Love, This is Murderous replacing Molly Street. Her presence however is greatly felt both on stage and on Bleeding Through's 2006 release The Truth.
