Mahesh Bhatt is an Indian film director, and is the father of film actress Pooja Bhatt. Bhatt is currently making a film called Suicide Bomber about a disenchanted British Asian Muslim from Bradford. It will be set in the UK and India. He says his film will seek to spread the message that Islam is a religion of peace and compassion.
