Major League Hockey (MLH) is the new "league name" for the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) Senior league. The league is sanctioned as "Senior AAA" by the Ontario Hockey Association; the top level of senior hockey in Canada.

The winner of this playdown on the above-left will play for the Renwick Cup (above-right) against the winner of the Eastern Ontario Senior Hockey League and the unaffiliated Thunder Bay Bombers of Hockey Northwestern Ontario who automatically qualify for the Renwick Cup round. The winner of the Renwick Cup defends the honour of Ontario at the Allan Cup.
