Manitouwadge is a township in the Canadian province of Ontario. It is located in the Thunder Bay District, 331 kilometres east of Thunder Bay and 378 km west of Sault Ste. Marie.

Manitouwadge (or Manidoowaazh in Ojibwe) translates into “Spirit Cave.” The town's primary industry is copper and gold mining.

Summer is open to many outdoor activities including biking and hiking. Hunting and fishing are other main attractions open to vacationers and residents.
