Manuel "Manny" Bamba Villar, Jr. (born December 13, 1949) is a Filipino businessman and politician, currently a member of the Philippine Senate. He has also served as Speaker of the House of Representatives from 1998–2001, where he presided over the impeachment of President Joseph Estrada. He is also the current president of the Nacionalista Party.
He will be assuming the senate presidency at the beginning of the Third Regular Session of the 13th Congress, as part of a power-sharing agreement with incumbent Senate President Franklin Drilon, given he can muster the 13 votes required to replace a senate president.
