The Manulife Bank of Canada was founded by the Manufacturer’s Life Insurance Company of Canada on January 1 1993, by merging Cabot Trust Company, Huronia Trust Company, and the Regional Trust Company. Its branch network was sold and merged into the Laurentian Bank of Canada in 1993. The customers now access bank machines through the Exchange Network.
