Mark Williams (born in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire in 1959) is an English actor, comedian, scriptwriter and presenter. He is best known as one of the stars of the popular BBC sketch show, The Fast Show. He also played Olaf Petersen in Red Dwarf and Kirk in Carrie and Barry.
More recently he has appeared as Arthur Weasley in the second, third and fourth Harry Potter films. The character is the head of the Weasley clan and father to Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred & George, Ron and Ginny Weasley. He is also married to Molly Weasley.
On 3 July 2006 he appeared as an old roadie friend of Tommy Saxondale, in the third episode of the BBC comedy series Saxondale. This is his most recent brand new television appearance to date.
He also presents a documentary series titled Mark Williams on the Rails, a follow on from a previous series called Industrial Revelations.

- Mark is a fan of Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. and Aston Villa F.C..
- Mark can often be seen drinking at The Ladybird inn, in Bromsgrove.
- Mark also played Wabash in the Academy Award winning Shakespeare in Love (1998).
