Matlock Town F.C. is an English football club based in Matlock, Derbyshire. It was established in the late 1870s. In the 1976-77 season, it reached the 3rd round of the FA Cup, its best performance in the competition. For the 2005-06 season, it is a member of the Northern Premier League Premier Division. The club play at Causeway Lane and are nicknamed "The Gladiators".
