mcenroe, also known as Rod Bailey, is a prolific Canadian hip hop musician, and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, he is the founder of his record label Peanuts & Corn Recordings, an independent hip hop distributor, as well as a company specializing in the marketing and promotion of independent music in Canada, Breadwinner Music Group.

Musically, he a workaholic, who takes the "do it yourself" ethic way too far. On Peanuts & Corn releases, he has been known to do everything from rhyming and writing, to photography and artwork, to writing ads, all while producing the lion's share of Peanuts & Corn's library of well over 30 releases.

Founding Peanuts & Corn in Brandon, Manitoba in 1994 (though it is now based in Vancouver) as a part of the Farm Fresh collective, he has developed into one of the most prolific and respected hip hop producers in Canadian history, and elevated his label to the same plateau.
