Media Home Entertainment was a home video company headquartered in Los Angeles, California and established in 1978. The company released many videos from 1978 until 1992. Their last releases were distributed by Fox Video (now 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment). The company ceased full operations in 1992. Some releases from the company included the early Charlie Brown videos and The Adventures of the Wilderness Family. Beginning in 1984, Media Home Entertainment was affiliated with Heron Communications. The company's releases are now distributed by Fox, New Line Home Entertainment, or Anchor Bay Entertainment.
