Tram route 27 is a public transport service in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It operates one-way, on weekdays only from Southern Cross Station to the tram depot at Kew between the hours of 8 and 9am, and is a shortened version of route 24 Like most tram routes in Melbourne, it falls within Metcard ticketing Zone 1.
