Encyclopedia : M : ME : MEN : Men, Women & Children

Men, Women & Children (formerly known as Torpedo) is a rock band formed in 2004 (see 2004 in music) by ex-Glassjaw guitarist, Todd Weinstock. The band uses a combination of post-punk guitar similar to The Rapture and disco synthesizers akin to LCD Soundsystem. The band is currently signed to Reprise Records, and has just released their first self-titled album. In 2006, they filmed their first music video that coincides with the first single from the album, Dance In My Blood.

The band is currently touring heavily to promote Men, Women & Children. They have supported top acts such as Panic! at the Disco, Rx Bandits, 30 Seconds To Mars, and lostprophets.
