Micah Rains is a fictional character and part of the DC Comics book Wonder Woman. He was created by William Messner-Loebs and first introduced in Wonder Woman (2nd series) #73.
Micah Rains is a low-end private detective based in Boston, Massachusetts. After Diana returned from her adventure in space she met Micah and formed an immediate friendship. Due to Themyscira disappearing, thus taking her assets, Diana was forced to take on a job at a mexican fast-food chain called Taco Whiz. Seeing her predicament, Micah offered Diana a job as a partner in his PI agency. Diana soon after discovered that not only is Micah heavy in debt, but that his office is actually a bar stool at a local pub. After some personal trials, Diana decides to take their business partnership to the next level and opens up an official office space for Micah's and her new detective agency. Her friend Donna Milton, who was secretly Circe in desguise, acted as the agency's lawyer and took care of their books. After Donna regained her memories as Circe and she and Diana left the business, Micah took back full ownership of the PI company. Micah still remains in contact with Diana and even helped in locating Vanessa Kapatelis when she went missing.
