Mid-City CAN

is a community collaborative of over 150 agencies, community residents, parents, youth, businesses, schools, and religious institutions serving the San Diego neighborhoods of City Heights, Normal Heights, Oak Park, Darnall, Rolando, College Area, Kensington and Talmadge.

Mid-City CAN's goals are:

To provide coordination and integration of social, health and community services

To provide a forum for community-based decision making

To develop greater community involvement, and

To advocate for changes in government policies and systems that will improve the quality of life for all of Mid-City’s residents – especially our children.

Mid-City CAN creates opportunities for all facets of the community to come together and find common solutions. We believe that Together We Can Do More!
