Mid-day is an afternoon newspaper in Mumbai (Bombay). It was established in 1979 as a family owned newspaper. Mid-day is owned by Mid Day Multimedia Ltd., a publishing house listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. It publishes the newspaper in three languages: English, Gujarati and Urdu. It also has a special sunday edition, the Sunday Mid-day.
The newspaper publishes three editions: An early morning, a noon and a late evening edition. Its slogan is Delivering Mumbai.
