The Midwest Conference is a College Athletic Conference affiliated with the NCAA's Division III. Member institutions are located in the midwestern United States in the States of Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Member teams

• Beloit College
• Carroll College
• Grinnell College
• Illinois College
• Knox College
• Lake Forest College
• Lawrence University
• Monmouth College
• Ripon College
• St. Norbert College

Member teams compete in football, volleyball, soccer, golf, tennis, cross country, basketball, swimming, track and field, baseball and softball.
