Mike Bordin

Mike Bordin (born Michael Andrew Bordin, on November 27, 1962, in San Francisco, California) was the co-founder and drummer of Faith No More and is now playing with Ozzy Osbourne. He also briefly played with three-fourths of the original Black Sabbath lineup in 1997, replacing original drummer Bill Ward, who had been notified by Sharon Osbourne that his services were "not required".

Bordin also appeared on the second solo album released by Jerry Cantrell, and toured with KoЯn when their drummer David Silveria was injured.

In 2001, Bordin appeared as a contestant on the American version of the television game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, ironically, immediately following his wife. He made it to the $16,000 level before missing a question, walking away with $1,000. Former bandmate Robert Trujillo, now of Metallica, watched on in the crowd.

His nickname is Puffy, from when his hair was worn in an afro style at the beginnings of Faith No More.

The lyric "Take it from our drummer, Puff / Being good, it gets you stuff" from Faith No More's song "Cuckoo for Caca" (King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime, 1995) refers to Bordin's tendency to do nice things for people and their offering him things in return.
