Mike W. Barr, also referred to as Mike Barr, is a notable writer of comic books, mystery novels, and science fiction. He is perhaps best known for his work on Batman and the Outsiders, which he created, and wrote for a total of 84 issues. His work also includes Mantra, Detective Comics, Camelot 3000, and Maze Agency.

Mike Barr should not be confused with fellow comics writer Mike Baron.
