Minamitsuru (南都留郡; -gun) is a district located in Yamanashi, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 49,180 and a density of 122.73 persons per km². The total area is 400.71 km².
In 2005, Akiyama Village merged with the town of Uenohara from Kitatsuru District to become city of Uenohara.
