Minnow Lake was one of the original communities of Sudbury, Ontario. It is located in northern Ontario.

Septic leakage from homes built near Minnow Lake has contaminated and polluted this small lake. This condition has existed for more than 30 years. Although significant environmental cleanup has taken place, the lake is considered not fit for swimming.
