Missouri State Highway 20 is a highway in central Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at Business U.S. Highway 65 in Marshall; its western terminus is at Missouri State Highway 13 in Higginsville.
Missouri 20 was one of the original 1922 highways. Its eastern terminus was originally at Huntsville at Missouri State Highway 10 (now U.S. Route 24). Its western terminus was originally in Kansas City at Missouri State Highway 1. The route overall became part of U.S. Route 65 and US Route 24 and Missouri 20 was rerouted south to its current location.
