Mizuho Corporate Bank

is a Japanese bank. It was established on April 1 2002 when the corporate banking business of Fuji Bank were merged with the Industrial Bank of Japan. Renamed Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd., it now serves as the corporate and investment banking arm of Mizuho Financial Group.Headquarters are in the Marunouchi district of Chiyoda ward, Tokyo, Japan.
Mizuho Corporate Bank will open a branch in Wuxi, China in 2006 in a bid to support transactions with Japanese companies operating in the city. Mizuho will be the first foreign bank to have a branch in Wuxi.
