Mlječanica is a spa located in Bosanska Dubica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the center for physiatrics, health, and rehabilitation. The mineral water of Mlječanica can be used for drinking, bathing, and inhaling.

Patients come to Mlječanica after having brain strokes and hemiplegia. Others come due to rheumatic diseases (inflammation and degenerative, knuckle or out-knuckle rheumatism). Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, gynecological diseases, and Post-traumatic and post-surgery conditions have stayed at the spa.

Mlječanica offers a wide variety of doctors. First, there is the doctor of medical science in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. The Medical staff if also consisted of: psychologist, physiotherapists (nurses for rehabilitation care), orthopedist, neurologist, and orthotist. Depending on the health problems specialists in other fields are also available.

The natural mineral water of the spa (sulfate-sulfide) is more than 5000 years old. The same water is used for treatment. The first certificate for its healing effects was issued by Austro-Hungary in Vienna in 1924.
