Mofid University

Mofid University is a university located in Qum, Iran.
It was founded by Ayatollah Abdolkarim Mousavi Ardebili in 1989.
Mofid University’s main area of teaching is comparative studies between Islamic sciences and modern humanities. However, departments such as Economics, Law, Philosophy, and Political science have also been established since 1988, 1992, 1993, and 1994 respectively. The university offers degrees in these departments at the BA and MA levels, as well as two Ph.D. degrees in these fields.
