Monash University, Berwick Campus is a campus of Monash University. It offers degrees in Business and Commerce, Communications, Multimedia, Regional and Urban Planning or Tourism. Monash Berwick is also home to the Monash Tourism Research Unit.
Monash Berwick is located 40 kilometres south east of Melbourne and a four minutes walk from Berwick train station, which is located on the Pakenham line. It is situated in the City of Casey, one of Australia's fastest growing areas and approximately 2000 students attend. The institution opened in 1996. It is small in comparison to other campuses, however, there are plans for Monash Berwick to be extended. Student accommodation has recently been built to stabilise the demand generated by both local and the vast number of international students.
Monash Berwick, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary on the 29th of April 2006.
