Monolithic System Technology, Inc. NASDAQ: [MOSY] is a USA company based in California, whose business is developing, licensing and marketing innovative memory technology for semiconductors. They provide its patented 1T-SRAM technology as licensable intellectual property. MoSys holds more than 70 U.S. patents and has shipped more than 80 million chips. They also are developing an SRAM chip for Nintendo's upcoming console, the Wii.
