Here is an alphabetical list of monorails in Japan:

• Chiba Urban Monorail
• Kitakyushu Monorail
• Monkey Park Monorail Line (Inuyama, Aichi, 1962)
• Okinawa Monorail
• Osaka Monorail
• Shonan Monorail
• SkyRail (Aki-ku, Hiroshima, Hiroshima, 1998)
• Tama Toshi Monorail Line
• Tokyo Disney Resort Monorail
• Tokyo Monorail
• Ueno Zoo Monorail (Ueno Park, 1958)

The Portliner, Rokko Liner (Kobe), New Shuttle (Saitama), Yurikamome (Tokyo) and Kanazawa Seaside Line (Yokohama) ICTS people movers are not strictly speaking monorails, though they resemble one at first glance. (The rail in the center of the track serve only to guide the train, not support it, so they don't qualify as monorails.)
