Moqueca

Moqueca is a traditional seafood stew of Bahia, in Northeast Brazil, made with coconut milk and palm oil (dendĂȘ). It may be made with one or a combination of white fish, shrimp, or crab, and will often contain onions, garlic, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
