Mote Marine Laboratory (and aquarium) is a marine rescue organization and marine research lab in the United States. It is based in Sarasota, Florida. Mote specializes in marine life rescue, and research on marine life. Mote Marine also has an aquarium, in where you can see (mainly) Florida marine life. There is also the body of a giant squid (named "Molly Mollusc") on display, one of the few bodies of giant squids found. The animal rescue facility specializes in rescuing marine life, mainly whales, sea turtles, manatees, and dolphins. Mote also researches marine life and things affecting marine life.
