Muckle Roe

Muckle Roe is an island in Shetland, Scotland.
It is joined to the Shetland Mainland by a bridge over Roe Sound and has a population of around 100 people. Its highest point is South Ward at almost 200 metres. Approx 3 miles in diameter, and an ancient dormant volcano, hence the nickname: "the red rock"
