NORTHWEST EARTH INSTITUTE

NWEI's hallmark program is a series of discussion courses, developed in Portland, but available to groups anywhere in the United States:

• VOLUNTARY SIMPLICITY

• DISCOVERING A SENSE OF PLACE

• EXPLORING DEEP ECOLOGY

• GLOBALIZATION AND ITS CRITICS

• HEALTHY CHILDREN

These self-facilitated discussion courses are taken informally by small groups in a home, workplace at noon, center of faith, or other place where people naturally gather. They are offered in all 50 states.
