Trivia
- Nami Tamaki's musical contributions in the Gundam SEED franchise (the songs Realize and Believe for Gundam SEED's two final openings and Reason as Gundam SEED Destiny's first ending) led to an approach from producers asking to voice the character of Shiho Hahnenfuss, similar to Takanori Nishikawa (another major contributor to the Gundam SEED franchise's music) voicing the roles of Miguel Aiman (Gundam SEED) and Heine Westenfluss and Vivian Hsu (part of Vivian or Kazuma, who sang the 2nd opening of SEED Moment) voicing Aisha (Gundam SEED). However, Tamaki turned the offer down and as a result, while Shiho makes several appearances in Gundam SEED Destiny (as well as an appearance as the unseen pilot of the CGUE DEEP ARMS in a five-minute short featuring Lowe Guele), she never speaks. This is seen as beneficial for the character as while Heine, Miguel and Aisha were all brutally killed shortly after their introduction, Shiho lives through both series and is one of the most popular background characters in the SEED universe.
- Her song 大胆にいきましょう↑Heart & Soul↑ (Daitan ni Ikimashou) is a remake of the A*Teens song "A Perfect Match".
- Two of her songs, "Realize" and "Get Wild", were made in collaboration with a medical student in the Class of 2009 at UC San Diego, who she made friends with as a child in Japan, and as a modern version of a song from the popular 80's band, TM Network.
- There are three more versions of her song "High School Queen" - one is sung by a Spanish singer, one by a Dutch singer (Kim-Lian) and the another by a Portuguese band, D'ZRT, being titled as "Para mim tanto me faz" in the last.
- The theme song Fortune for the PS2 RPG "Radiata Stories" was performed by Nami Tamaki. She is also represented as a character and can be recruited to join the player's party.
